When these two teams met a week ago, shots were 20-5 Red River after two periods. (31-12 for the entire game.)

Maybe the boys had taken the Cup for granted. UMD only three points back with a Western win tonight.

That's great and all but Red River just beat this same team for the EDC title a few days ago. There was little doubt for the outcome of tonight's game. The GF teams always peak at tourney time.

I don't think they start Scheel today if they were going to play Thome through the playoffs.
