    When I flipped over and saw 4 goals on 12 shots I wondered why Duby didn't have a baseball cap on. (Yeo is killin' my Stanley Cup game entry with that.)

    Uh-oh ... just did some digging. Gornall is now the oldest forward in the recruiting pipeline (older than Janatuinen). That tells me he is coming in this fall. I was pretty sure that the five just departed seniors would be replaced by Janatuinen, Gardner, Gersich, WIlkie, and Boeser. With what looks like a sure sixth forward coming in ... either a low minutes guy is leaving ... or < gulp > Caggiula.

    Ah yes, it was the consensus of the loudest ink-stained wretches (or are they now "keyboard-pounding" wretches?) and you could say that, but "landslide" does infer somebody got an overwhelming majority of the actual vote count.

    Needing more space at a fund raiser is a good thing. The date's been set for a long time. If there was a conscious decision here it was by the football staff in setting its spring practice schedule.

    Disagree. I've been to a Preds game in Bridgestone Arena (on a random Saturday afternoon in February not that long ago). They do fine; I think they do better than Milwaukee would (based on recent UW attendance).
