  1. BC just lost "The Fresh Prince of San Jose" Will Smith to the Sharks; BC had a drop-in slot.
  2. @Blackheart and I agree: thank goodness for @sioux rube.
  3. The Finals should be starting Thu not Sat.
  4. I thought you wanted a running QB ...
  5. The player > the label ... that's what it comes down to. We will see.
  6. I figured Fleet Farm or Tractor Supply would acquire HoE; guess it's Runnings. The Runnings in Moorhead and Bismarck do "feel" like HoE.
  7. Keep it at the Betty until there's reason to move it (i.e. ticket demand).
  8. Missed a golden opportunity ... https://forum.siouxsports.com/topic/37313-2023-24-nhl-season/page/16/#comment-1370959
  9. Do I hear the Law of Unintended Consequences howling in the distance?
  10. Cam Johnson and Mark Senden to the Finals. Cam looking for a third. https://x.com/FL_Everblades
  11. < puts on moderator hat > I'm done with this vaccine conversation. Period. It's delving near to violating "no politics". Move along, or consequences.
  12. Coaching (hire/fire) decisions would fall under employment law not Title IX (sex based discrimination), wouldn't they?
  13. I've heard they're searching for someone to run the day to day during a CEO's absence and that the investors are still looking to push ahead.
  14. Fresh Prince of San Jose?
  15. People fleeing MSP for the "mostly rocks and cows*" up north in Bemidji? I also perceive (in my travels) that the Brainerd/Baxter area is growing. *that's a quote of MN Gov Walz; not mine
  16. Admittedly I don't go to downtown Fargo but I can name four business owners within two blocks of the 13th Ave location; they are friends. And the Randy's by the south U location has the best Andouille sausage omelette in the area. I do patronize those areas and I hear the stories from those there daily. Be angry at PetroServe for pointing out the problems, not me.
  17. No corporation would publicly stigmatize three of their locations as crime areas and thus devalue the properties unless they were out of options.
  18. Documented crime and violence is now a strawman argument? Good grief.
  19. So PetroServe is imagining the fights and crime. I’d find fights out front detrimental to business. Seems they agree.
  20. If it’s about location relative to the interstate why close the store at I94 and University in Fargo?
  21. Tell all that to the worker who was hurt. I’d fear lawsuit for unsafe work environment if I were PetroServe. What story? Why they are planning to close stores.
  22. PetroServe is getting ahead of the story before it happens so they don’t have to later. They gave every who what why. They’re serving notice. It’s last call.
  23. My summary: Glad to see Wodon admit his opinion really doesn’t matter. Until I know details and knowing about modern university “leadership” I make no judgement about the Englstad Trust decision.
