DEN to FAR flights not looking so good ... https://www.fargoairport.com/flight-status/

Schloss says DU flies into FAR and buses. But I29 is closed north of Fargo. I hope DU Hockey and USD Football and Omaha Volleyball all get a lot of time to know each other at the West Acres Motel 6 or Fargo Inn and Suites until ... whenever. Or maybe NDSU can put them up at Stockbridge. (I hear their enrollment is down so they should have rooms.)

UND (1-0) @ #9 Creighton (1-0) 11/10 8 PM

I don't know hoops well enough, but I do know I never want to be on the wrong side of the one-liner made famous by Tony Bruno: "If you had < team name > and < big number of points > ... you lost!" -
That bit..., um, no, wonderful lady, yeah, WONDERFUL LADY* played her joke on me already today. *Ain't messin' with her again.

Pure guess with lots of assumptions of how I'd schedule travel and know how some teams actually do it: Given it's DU and they do UND Thu and NDSU Sat they probably flew to FAR today and bused up already. They'll fly back out of FAR Sat or Sun. Omaha (NDSU Thu, UND Sat) is probably busing it and hopefully is at NDSU tonight already also.

Drive through every hotel parking lot in GF and if you see a team bus it's a clue. Don't most visiting teams stay Canad Inn or Ramada or Hilton Garden?

Did the opponent get into Grand Forks today?
-
If they got south of SD Exit 207 (Summit) they should be fine. The locals call that area "The Summit Triangle". The weather is always ... interesting ... about 15 miles any direction from Summit. I drove down I29 one time in blue sky and sun and get about 10 miles from Summit and it's 200 yard visibility fog. Get to Summit, get about 10 miles away from it, back to full sun. Weird.

Um ... ouch.

Careful who you mess with.

Who knew @MafiaManwas a closet "Billy and the Boingers" fan? (I knew them as "DeathTongue", before the name change.)
-
Depends. Did WYO come in to Grand Forks today? Looks like tomorrow (Thu) will be a travel mess.

< sigh > @Goon, did you read this? or this If the world can gimmick up the game with 3x3 OT and shoot-outs, I can do "games worth five points" standings.

But wouldn't that make the cooler a hea... nevermind.

No, Goon, attacking the Red Pepper is a flagrant act of domestic terrorism. -
Oh no, he's wounded, his beautiful inner butterfly is crushed. He'll never recover. Or not.

For context, and without using any information other than what you keep in-hand (no cheating from Schlossman or Heisenberg, etc), please tell us the current pipeline of UND recruits, just names (not teams) will do.

Isn't that every internet thread?

First, the following in no way condones Miller's actions as a 14 year old. Those actions were abhorrent and despicable and Miller deserved any ramifications handed down by the juvenile judicial system. But how did a juvenile matter (14 year old) come to public light? Those are normally sealed court records. If it was the victim's family that revealed a juvenile court matter, aren't they responsible for the later impacts of their actions? Could the argument be made they did cost Miller college scholarships and an entry level NHL contract? Where are my lawyers here?

Two words: Domestic. Terrorism. -
Is it a good thing when the regional map here looks like a tie-dyed t-shirt?
