fightingsioux4life
The Lakers have built the program I was hoping we would build back in the 1990's when we started to become a factor on the national stage for the first time in years. It is a bitter pill to swallow to watch someone else do it instead. Needless to say, I will be cheering for Omaha next week (while holding my nose, of course). PCM
QB runs for 5. Lakers have to punt. Good coverage by UND.
PCM
Horrible punt. Sioux get the ball at the GVSU 39. WE HAVE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS! Landry throws to Dressler for the TD!
BigGame
Again, I go back to who did the coaching staff think they were going to have available because it looks like there was no Plan B since Chappell went out for good. This GVSU D is not this good. Really, they look pretty damn good to me. UND is making them look good at times as well though.

PCM
Ball should have been intercepted. Sioux finally catch a break. Hellavang's PAT is blocked.

Oxbow6
Jut like they drew it up. High throw, defected to Weston...TD. "So you're saying there's a chance?" Oops, PAT just blocked...my bad!

fightingsioux4life
I think the wind is affecting the kickers and punters today. It's not easy to kick when it's cold and windy outside.
PCM
Time for an onside kick?
fightingsioux4life
Time for an onside kick? I think we need to pull out all the stops at this point. It's the playoffs, there is no tomorrow.
Oxbow6
Special teams for both sides has been very sloppy. You could use that term for all aspects of our game so far.
Stromer
Special teams for both sides has been very sloppy. Not just sloppy but horrendous. GV can't punt the ball, we got one blocked, missed XP's.... Yikes!
PCM
Freund wasn't holding for the PAT? What the heck is going on?

BigGame
I think the wind is affecting the kickers and punters today. It's not easy to kick when it's cold and windy outside. Yeah, but shouldn't make a big difference with the snapping and blocking.
fightingsioux4life
Freund wasn't holding for the PAT? What the heck is going on? Either he is hurt, sick or has lost all confidence. If Landry can light a fire under our butts, I say leave him in and let him do something.
Oxbow6
Freund wasn't holding for the PAT? What the heck is going on? Was thinking the same thing?? Haven't heard anything on the TV broadcast.
BigGame
Freund wasn't holding for the PAT? What the heck is going on? He was playing like crap so the coaching told him to take a seat.
