Team Autographed Jersey

Pretty rare jersey my friends. I seen it last night and it looks great. The sale of this jersey goes directly to RELAY 4 LIFE. This jersey was donated by a Fighting Sioux Mom. We've all been effected by Cancer at some point or another. It's a great token of support for this worthwhile cause.

I hope this jersey goes for big bucks because this is a great charity. Unless this is a one time game worn jersey, the seller's explanation as to why three of the players autographs aren't on the jersey is misleading. It should be revised by removing the part in parenthesese. While these players did not dress for every game, they did dress and play at least one or more games this season. The only explanation needed is, "the signatures are missing".

The only missing signatures are Scott Foyt,Michael Forney & Aaron Walksi (due to players not dressing).

Well, maybe the players did not dress the night that the person worked hard to obtain all the signatures from everyone else . . . .

With the feeding frenzy going on over the game worn jerseys, I am surprised that there is so little action on this item.

There is still about thirty hours to go on the auction. I hope that many of us will realize a good cause, and step up to

the e-Bay plate and bid this jersey up to a price where it belongs.

Who's ready?

True but still misleading. I know I want the 'real' facts about something I'm buying. What needs to be said is that those three sig's are missing, not that the players didn't dress.

I think folks that want this jersey are holding back until closer to the end of the bidding. At least I hope so, it is a very good cause.

its off season first off, not a hot time to be doing one of these for big bucks at all.........and it will go up, last couple hours should be good bidding like many things on ebay....my guess it will go for 350-400

My guess is that it should, and will, go for a LOT more than that. This is a charitable auction for crying out loud. It's always bugged me when people look for "steals" at charitable auctions. The purpose at charitable auctions is to SPEND MORE money than something is worth so that the charity can benefit.

I hope, and trust, that the owner/seller will do what is necessary to top the highest bid if it is insufficient in amount. The predicted $350-400 Range falls into this category. AZSIOUX, sell some more of your personal collection of jerseys and step up to the plate in a big and meaningful way. There is the gauntlet.

Maybe something like this is best carted up to Warroad for auction at the charity golf tournament that is going on up there?

BTW folks, don't forget to send in your donations there, even if you can't make it. Let's give boatloads more to TJ's kids than he and his teammates have given to us.

North Dakota Hockey puts his passion on his sleeve most every time he submits a response.

The 2007 Hockeytown USA "For Kids Sake" Celebrity Golf Tourney & Auction will purchase that jersey if bids don't get better. The jersey, a donation from the Oshie family out in Washington, will make sure the Relay 4 Life will get as much as possible for this incredible keepsake. Not too often you could have 5-10 future NHL'ers and potential superstars on one jersey.

The H.C.G.T.A thanks supporters like NDH to help the future hockey players (maybe UND) in Warroad, MN.

i have sold many auto jerseys in auctions to help people out and 1 was for a fellow ss member so not sure what you meant by saying step up to the plate.but you want me to just sell my stuff to be meaningful, yeahhhh.i do a lot of it and not sure how i got thrown into this :silly: .on ebay it doesnt matter what the biggest bid is on top of another to let you know........if someone has a 400 dollar bid and then the next guy bids 560.00 the bid will be at 401.00 unless someone bids between 401 and 560 or higher than 560 to make it higher. hell i was just throwing out a number as a guess just like i like to predict hockey scores where im usually wrong ;) ..wow

Autographs for the most part are easy to acquire. Game worn jerseys are tough and they are extremely limited in supply. This jersey is doing very well. Team signed Gophers jerseys regularly sell for $100-$150 and game used go from $600-$2500.

Jersey is @ $400.

When did ebay stop showing other bidder's information?

They started that a couple months ago. It takes place on several different auctions, including when the bidding gets to a certain price point. There were so many fake second chance offers and phishing scams going out to bidders that ebay felt this would help combat that problem.

$466 anyone from the SiouxSports community get it?

Rats. Not me. E-Bay is made for folks who can sit by their computer at the last moment. I was out, and someone nosed out my max bid.

I suppose that I could have, and should have, simply put in a higher top dollar.

Someone got a sweet deal on a sweet jersey for a good cause. The buyer oughta throw in an extra Hundo to the seller for added good faith, eh?

Who said you had to win the jersey to throw in an extra 100...? ;)
