dakotadan Posted February 15, 2010 Posted February 15, 2010 Since the other thread got closed... I figured I would post these here as well. Bismarck Tribune: Delta Airlines to expand service in ND In a statement, Delta said it is adding two new daily round trip flights between Salt Lake City and Bismarck and Minot as well as another flight between the hub and Fargo. star2city Posted February 15, 2010 Posted February 15, 2010 And to add insult to injury, Minot now gets United Service to Denver. United sees high dollar business seats being bought by Texas and Denver oil people: ExxonMobil, EOG Resources, Continental Oil, Hess, Whiting, Halliburton, Schlumberger. Minot is becoming an oil town, and this is just the next step in the transformation. Would suspect the next GFK route would be to MCO - Orlando by Allegiant, with the target being Winnipeg travelers. dakotadan Posted February 25, 2010 Posted February 25, 2010 Delta Air Lines to plan for expanded Grand Forks service Delta Air Lines officials have agreed to develop a plan for expanded service for Grand Forks, according to a release from Gov. John Hoeven's office. No actual plans have been released. Basically they have just agreed to expand service but nothing has been finalized yet. Hopefully we hear something sooner rather than later. Even 1 daily roundtrip with SLC would be huge for GFK. If that pans out fairly well they can look at 2 dailies later on. Quote
Vegas_Sioux Posted March 4, 2010 Posted March 4, 2010 Announced Yesterday 2 more round trips to Minneapolis still deciding on west bounds. Quote
