Siouxdonyms Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Well, a lot better 1st period than 2nd or 3rd last night. However, I still think Maine is the better team out there right now. Sioux need to keep working hard and hope for some breaks. Stay out of the box, because Maine's PP is lethal right now. Quote
Sioux-cia Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 I'm confused! It's the end of the first period and I thought Kayenta was only an hour behind GF! It's 6:40p here. What time is it in ND?? Quote
HockeyMom Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Giant's Ridge rules! Did you get a brochure yet? Quote
Runninwiththedogs Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Did you get a brochure yet? A brochure? No. But when I x-c skied in HS we went there all the time. Quote

PCM Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Well, so far, the boys are playing better tonight. They're getting some good chances and there have been some rebounds left lying near the crease. Unfortunately, we haven't had people in position to take advantage of them. Maine is a smart, veteran team. They make so many smart plays on little things that they seldom get in trouble. But I think we can beat them if we just stay on our game and stay away from the chippy stuff. Quote
