BleedGrn Posted September 26, 2006 Posted September 26, 2006 This is just one of many that get reported. I'm sure there are even more cases across the country at any given school that DON'T get reported, unfortunately. As a father, one of my greatest fears is to have a child, son or daughter, involved in something like this. Quote
DMT Posted September 26, 2006 Posted September 26, 2006 There are sleezeballs at every school. Where he attended school had nothing to do with this. Quote

Wookie#12 Posted September 26, 2006 Posted September 26, 2006 Classic Date Rape that happens everywhere and nothing good can be said. Except that, UMD didn't try to protect the sleaze. Quote

Slap Shot Posted September 27, 2006 Posted September 27, 2006 I'm not sure it's logical to compare Blarney's/IDGate to rape. If the Gophers try to protect a hockey player accused of raping someone then perhaps such a shot will make sense. Until then... Quote

How would anyone outside of the Gopher lockerroom ever know if it has happened? Quote
Wreckincrew Posted September 27, 2006 Posted September 27, 2006 I have met several UMD grads and not one of them have tried to rape me. I don't think it is an institutional problem, I think it is an isolated idiot problem. Quote

Trunk Monkey Posted September 27, 2006 Posted September 27, 2006 I have always liked the UMD program and find myself chearing for them unless they are playing UND. As someone said earlier, what was the purpose of this thread? That being said - Go Bulldogs except for February 16th and 17th. Quote
