dagies Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 Zajac breakaway and scores!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lawson looks to the bench and asks for mercy. Goalie change. Quote
NorthDakotaHockey Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 If Fabian starts getting hot, he can carry this team, and make a strong case for a Hobey write-in as well. He is one of the most likely candidates for being able to inspire. Quote
SiouxTupa Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 Think Fabian is part of one of those "two great lines" AA's coach was referring to? Quote
redwing77 Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 It's all UND right now. Questions: 1. Who sprung Fabian? I know Prpich sent the pass to Fabian, but someone else got the puck to Prpich, right? 2. Same question but with Zajac. Who sprung him? Quote
PCM Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 So are the UAA radio guys still saying that the Seawolves are outplaying the Sioux? Quote
jk Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 Everytime I hear Cartwright, I think of Seinfeld's Chinese restaraunt episode, "Cartwright!!" Must be a generational thing. I hear it and think of Hoss and Little Joe and Hop Sing. Quote
redwing77 Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 I'm really liking Prpich-Foyt-Fabian I also like how Radke is jumping into the play. I also like how Toews and Oshie are playing. Quote
SiouxTupa Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 Stafford tipped a cross ice pass and sent Zajac in. I think Prpich did the same because TH said they were burned on the same mistake again. Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 Can't ask for a better 2nd period! Keep it up in the 3rd! Quote

siouxnami Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 4-0... new goalie... Not a bad second period Sounds good, this team needs confidence going into the John. Quote
jk Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 It's nice to finally score some goals, but we shouldn't forget the importance of Phil L. in this game. He faced a serious barrage just before Spirko's goal, and then more pressure before the back-to-back breakaways. If UAA puts one up in either of those cases, it might completely change the game. Exactly. He's probably the story of the game, as he's made the saves Hak asked him to make and more, it sounds like. Quote
WiSioux Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 dang... that was a fun question though... I actually had half a chance. Don't know much about SSM but it must be a pretty impressive team... some amazing players have come out of there Quote

But those saves were all luck, not skill! Just ask the UAA announcers. And don't forget the score may be 4-0, but it isn't indicative of the skill difference between the two teams. Their isn't much difference between the two teams when it comes to skill. Jesse Bull Quote
