roper1313 Posted September 29, 2005 Posted September 29, 2005 http://www.insidecollegehockey.com/7Archiv...6/wcha_0402.htm <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Typical INCH garbage reporting. Only 2 UND players drafted in the first round?? And three in the WCHA. I couldn't find an e-mail link to report the error, so maybe some one else can. The only mention of UND is of course the NCAA nickname debate. Why do I expect any more? Quote
PCM Posted September 29, 2005 Posted September 29, 2005 Here's a link where you can e-mail the INCH editors. And it's "hostile and abusive," not "hostile and offensive." Quote
CoteauRinkRat Posted September 29, 2005 Author Posted September 29, 2005 They have already received an email from me. Is it just me or does INCH seem to make a lot more mistakes than a lot of other websites we know? Quote
jk Posted September 29, 2005 Posted September 29, 2005 I send them e-mails from time-to-time praising them for their entertaining work. Seriously. I'm pleased to have another place to go for college hockey reading, and some of their stuff is very funny. They showed their much-noted (here) anti-UND bias by predicted them to finish second in the WCHA this year. I can't believe they picked UND lower than first. Quote
CoteauRinkRat Posted September 29, 2005 Author Posted September 29, 2005 I see they have changed the North Dakota preview to having a "trio" of players drafted in the first round. Quote

ScottM Posted September 29, 2005 Posted September 29, 2005 I think 2nd place is overly generous, especially when you look at the relative strength of the rest of the league. I'm still banking on a 3-5 range, at this point. Quote
sioux7 Posted September 29, 2005 Posted September 29, 2005 What blows me away is the that they do an overall evaluation on each team but the Sioux........like they're not even in the league! Quote
mikejm Posted September 29, 2005 Posted September 29, 2005 What blows me away is the that they do an overall evaluation on each team but the Sioux........like they're not even in the league! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Perhaps the Sioux will demonstrate they are in a league of their own. But seriously, the second place projection seems a little lofty. All the incoming talent notwithstanding, this remains a young team that will take some time to find its footing in the WCHA. 'Twill be a fun team to watch. Quote
beersong Posted September 29, 2005 Posted September 29, 2005 Geez, you guys get picked 2nd and you still pee and moan about it.. Quote
roper1313 Posted September 29, 2005 Posted September 29, 2005 Geez, you guys get picked 2nd and you still pee and moan about it..  <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Beersong- Not pissing and moaning about the prediction, but stating the fact that INCH cant count, and the only mention of UND was in regards to the name issue. beersong Posted September 29, 2005 Posted September 29, 2005 The only picture in the article is of a UND player. Quote
PCM Posted September 29, 2005 Posted September 29, 2005 The only picture in the article is of a UND player. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Which is as it should be. Quote

PCM Posted September 29, 2005 Posted September 29, 2005 I would like to know who that is also, because I don't know anyone who is. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Me either. I thought we'd all decided on the Hopping Cotton Tails. Quote
