brianvf Posted June 28, 2023 Posted June 28, 2023 That whole line of BC incoming forward recruits could all go in the top 15-20 picks. Pretty impressive recruiting class for them this year. Quote

That's another question...is Fantilli gonna be signed by Anaheim (assuming he goes #2) shortly, or will he have another go of it at Michigan? Quote

Everything I read this week is saying he's gonna likely stay another year, but I'm sure Anaheim will put the full-court press on him. Or, maybe the full-ice forecheck? Quote
brianvf Posted June 29, 2023 Posted June 29, 2023 Blackhawks get both Bedard and Oliver Moore in 1st round. Two very good future forwards for them. Quote

The 'hawks bring in two from BOS (Hall, Foligno) ... a former high pick and some snarl. I'd say they're putting things around "the investment" to teach it and protect it. Quote
stoneySIOUX Posted June 29, 2023 Author Posted June 29, 2023 2nd round is over, no Perron. I get it, but I don't get it. Hope this puts a boulder-sized chip on his shoulder. Quote
stoneySIOUX Posted June 29, 2023 Author Posted June 29, 2023 UMD recruit is Adam Gajan the first goalie off the board. No. 35 to Chicago Quote
farce poobah Posted June 29, 2023 Posted June 29, 2023 Jayden Perron to Carolina at #94. Seems likely that they give him time to develop, which I like. Quote
farce poobah Posted June 29, 2023 Posted June 29, 2023 And soon after, Strathman to Columbus at #98. Quote

stoneySIOUX Posted June 29, 2023 Author Posted June 29, 2023 For the uninitiated, Perron caught the third round and Strathmann was 2nd pick in the fourth round Quote

stoneySIOUX Posted June 29, 2023 Author Posted June 29, 2023 Just saw Jax on TV. Was up in the stands on the phone. That makes me happy. 1 Quote
stoneySIOUX Posted June 29, 2023 Author Posted June 29, 2023 Aaron Pionk of UMD No. 149 to the Wild. Seriously.... on the priority list for being drafted by Minnesota, how important is it that the player is "one of us"? Happens SO much lol. I understand that a lot of MN players get drafted, but it always feels like a lot. Quote
farce poobah Posted June 29, 2023 Posted June 29, 2023 Chase Cheslock at #154. St Thomas first recruit to get drafted? 1 Quote
