Bubba wants to build this thing the right way, with high school graduates that become five year players in the program and who pass the torch to the next generation once they have finished their careers. I predict the JC and FBS transfers will slowly disappear as Bubba gets his guys into the program. A winning record this year would be another important step forward. The right transfers can bring a lot to a team - problem is there are reasons why players transfer and that can mean attitude issues and baggage.
