MafiaMan Posted April 7, 2015 Posted April 7, 2015 I remember as a kid my parents took me and my brothers to the hhslop for the nets-twolves exhibition. After the game maybe 30-40 kids lined up outside by the exit and team buses for autographs. All I wanted was Christian's autograph lol. Well I got almost everyone's except for his. He was too good, ignored all the kids, and walked straight to the bus. After that I always thought of him as a jerk;)Back in 93 or 94, Laettner got a ticket for doing over 100 miles an hour in his car in Ramsey County MN. Sent a high-priced attorney to court who convinced a judge to somehow go along with waiving what should have been a mandatory court appearance by the actual defendant, and got a starry-eyed prosecutor to drop that down below 100 so little Christian wouldn't lose his driver's license for a few months. An absolute first-class I'm entitled smug Dukie prick. Quote
Feff Posted April 7, 2015 Posted April 7, 2015 Wisconsin's fate was sealed in the second half when they stopped attacking the rim and settled for jacking up 3's. Prior to that they were running great sets, penetrating, and moving the Duke defense. Quote
