PCM
That's a good article on Colby who deserves some attention for the season he's having. But "distain?" Someone at the Forum needs to use their spell checker.

schmidtdoggydog
Sioux forward making waves with improved play By Mike Cummings sports@forumcomm.com The Forum - 01/23/2004 GRAND FORKS, N.D. -- Confidence is a scary thing. In the case of the University of North Dakota junior Colby Genoway, a little-known forward prior to this season, a renewed sense of confidence has buoyed him from the outhouse to the penthouse in the span of one season. After recording just three points in 31 games last season, Genoway has become a force on the offensive end. Centering UND
ScottM
Genoway has been a very pleasant "surprise". He's been playing like many of us expected him to when he was recruited. I'm glad he's finally found his game and is contributing in ways that don't always end up on the scoreboard.
CoteauRinkRat
Genoway is a player who doesn't seem to get recognized. I know if you would have asked me if he was a left handed or right handed shot before this season, I would have had no idea.

I'm just giving him a hard time because I know he reads this board and he's a good egg.

NorthDakotaHockey
Mr. Genoway has quietly become the soul of this team. Of course, I am biased, in that I will soon to become president of the 29'ers Club. That said, it is my perception that Genoway always delivers 110%. How big was that goal 65 seconds into the Friday night game in Duluth? Huge, that's how big. Took the air right out of the Bulldog blowharts before they could turn around in their seat, shut up, and watch the game.
Goon
Colby had done a good job doing all of the little things to help UND become sucessful. Colby's play this season has impressed me. I would definatley put him up in the top four in being a big time players.
