WiSioux Posted November 5, 2011 Author Posted November 5, 2011 FSN talking about young gopher squad. How many UND players have played at Mariucci? NONE OF THE FRESHMAN OR SOPHS! I chuckled at that too. Every away game/announcers I hear about how young their team is. Apparently the entire WCHA is young Quote
siouxforeverbaby Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 I'm trying to figure out if these FSN announcers are really afraid of the Sioux, or if they're just sandbagging. It's LaPanta and Gorg.....does that help? Quote
bcblues Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 There job is to build up the Goofs. That means building up their opponents whoever they are, and then saying "look who we beat" if they win, and"it was a tough opponent" if they loose. I'm trying to figure out if these FSN announcers are really afraid of the Sioux, or if they're just sandbagging. Quote
WiSioux Posted November 5, 2011 Author Posted November 5, 2011 Dell with a save on a backhanded shot. UND penalty... slashing on MacWilliam Quote

siouxforeverbaby Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 Ok, Anthony....I am going to help you out here....It's "Row-ney" and not "Rowd-ney" there is no D in Rowney! Quote
WiSioux Posted November 5, 2011 Author Posted November 5, 2011 Dell with a save on a point shot. Quote
BigGreyAnt41 Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 Well that was definitely a slash, but how does a slash to your stick cause you to fall down dramatically? Quote
WiSioux Posted November 5, 2011 Author Posted November 5, 2011 Dell with a glove save. He's looking confident tonight in the little we've seen him. Quote
bcblues Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 MN is scoring too many goals to give them the man advantage too many times..... Quote
BigGreyAnt41 Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 Ok, Anthony....I am going to help you out here....It's "Row-ney" and not "Rowd-ney" there is no D in Rowney! No, no, it's Rauney, or Raudney, I can't tell. Quote
WiSioux Posted November 5, 2011 Author Posted November 5, 2011 Also, before the glove save, Kristo tipped a shot and nearly put it in our net, but Dell kick saved it. Quote
WiSioux Posted November 5, 2011 Author Posted November 5, 2011 Really? Replays during live play? Wow... Quote
WiSioux Posted November 5, 2011 Author Posted November 5, 2011 2 on 1 Sioux, shorthanded.... glove save Patterson Quote

bcblues Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 Pretty good penalty kill. A little sloppy, but we are still scoreless. Quote
BigGreyAnt41 Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 Really? Replays during live play? Wow... At least they don't cut away from live action for the replay. Quote
siouxforeverbaby Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 No, no, it's Rauney, or Raudney, I can't tell. Well, there is also Raud.....or something like that. He appears to be having problems with names tonight. I think he found Frank's old hiding place. Quote
WiSioux Posted November 5, 2011 Author Posted November 5, 2011 Gopher penalty? Ambroz and Blood in the box, Gopher with an extra two Quote
bcblues Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 I don't know if I have EVER agreed with Lucia on anything, but what was that? Quote
BigGreyAnt41 Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 Well, there is also Raud.....or something like that. He appears to be having problems with names tonight. I think he found Frank's old hiding place. Kyle Rau. Chad Rau's (of CC, I think, maybe Denver) little brother. Quote
Hawkster Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 Things getting chippy... Gophers going after Blood Yea, let them go after Ben and get him stirred up. We all know he won't take it. Probably motivate him even more. Quote
