Shawn-O Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 Leach tries to pull a fast one on the ensuing kick-off! Texas recovers, ball at mid-field. Quote
Shawn-O Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 Looks like it may bite us Damn, 1st and Goal Texas at the 1. You guys must be used to this by now, this is just how he rolls. Quote
Smoggy Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 I didn't like the way we tried to control the clock on last drive. They had three timeouts. We needed a first down or to kill more time. Three runs up the gut doesn't take much time off. Wouldn't have minded running outside to waste few more seconds. Or even high percentage pass. NSu had over minute left and in college with first down rule that could've been enough. Especially with how there O was getting those ten yard gains on last drive. But we won and it all worked out! And loved the field goal pooch kick call! Perfection right there. Quote
siouxfriend Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 Huge win on the road. Great job Sioux! Quote
Shawn-O Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 Bah. 24-10 Texas 4 min to go in the 3rd. Quote

Bin Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 Tech answers, 24-17 Texas Watching from Marquette, Mi wearing my souvenir Texas Tech shirt from Lubbock. Had a great time down there and always liked your team, but the great treatment we received from your fan base has made me a fan for life. Stay within striking distance of Texas - I'd love to see you beat them again. Quote
TechFirst Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 The whining out of Austin would be biblical. Quote
Shawn-O Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 Interception, Texas. They'll have the ball at the Tech 20 after review. Quote
Shawn-O Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 Batch just got jacked up on a screen. And now Texas ball, good God. 'Horns with some helmet-to-helmet stuff on Potts, no call. Quote
