SiouxForever Posted October 24, 2007 Posted October 24, 2007 That line with Toews and Kane is amazing. I watched the game on Saturday, when the Hawks were playing the Leafs the chances that the line creates every shift is fun to watch. Kane and Toews will battle for the Calder trophy. It's too bad that the older players on the hawks can't do half the things that Kane and Toews are doing for the blackhawks. The young kids are leading by example. Quote
siouxhockeyfan11 Posted October 24, 2007 Posted October 24, 2007 Well i dont know how to link yet but if you got to espn.com and go under the nhl headline about half way down the page there's a nice article(i guess its more like a blog but i liked reading it) about the Blues and Blackhawks with Toews and Kane being talked about. AZSIOUX Posted October 24, 2007 Posted October 24, 2007 http://bruins.nhl.com/team/app/?service=pa...rticleid=340978 Bochenski sent to minors for conditioning. i guess we will see if its for conditioning when he gets back up to the big club to see if he gets some playing time as i think hes on a 1 way deal but could be wrong Quote
Smoggy Posted October 24, 2007 Posted October 24, 2007 Decent video of Commodore. I never knew he wanted to play baseball. Quote
31-9 Posted October 25, 2007 Posted October 25, 2007 Bochenski's in the lineup for the Baby B's tonight . . . so far he's got a goal. JPar's not in the lineup again for the Baby Devils, no one seems to know what's wrong with him though. Quote
NDFAN Posted October 25, 2007 Posted October 25, 2007 If JT keeps playing at this level, he'll need his own thread on this board. Quote

UNDintheNHL Posted October 25, 2007 Posted October 25, 2007 Commodore had an assist last night. they went back and forth as to whether it was his goal or Cory Stillman's, as Commy took a HARD shot on net from the goalie's far right side. It ricocheted off of Stillman apparently, so Commy only got the assist Quote
31-9 Posted October 25, 2007 Posted October 25, 2007 Here is your useless Zach Parise fact of the night: When he signed with the Devils, he bought a condo which his mom helped him decorate. When he re-signed with the Devils, he bought a house, and invited his Dad down to come watch him play the Rangers tonight . . . if he helped him paint the house. Quote

Last night on the broad cast Claud Julien said that Bochenski gained too much size/mass and he basically wanted him to get back to where he was. I also thought he had a one way contract? Quote

31-9 Posted October 27, 2007 Posted October 27, 2007 i think he was but they can label it as "a conditioning" stint i believe to be sent down Exactly, it's a 2-game stint so he doesn't have to pass through waivers. Drew with the GWG for the Sabres tonight. And, I'm heading home to Jersey at the ass-crack of dawn tomorrow for the opening of the Devils new arena. I'll try and get some pics of Zach and Travis. I have a feeling Jordan will be there too since he's hurt. Quote
