The Sicatoka Posted June 29, 2008 Posted June 29, 2008 As July 1 is just around the corner it's time to look back at the Kupchella administration and welcome in UND President Robert O. Kelley -- or as I'll call him "The ROK" A nice editorial on Kupchella by the Fargo Forum: http://www.in-forum.com/Opinion/articles/206524
star2city Posted June 29, 2008 Posted June 29, 2008 The Forum had to play nice after all their anti-Kupchella rampages. The Herald's editorial was still kind, but not quite as flattering: http://www.grandforksherald.com/articles/i...section=Opinion The common theme in these complaints is caution or a certain reserve. Again, that

dlsiouxfan Posted July 2, 2008 Posted July 2, 2008 I'm willing to give Kelley as much a shot as the next guy, but from his comments I think he may be taking Chapman's "diplomacy" far too seriously. Someone should remind him that you can only trust Chapman as far as you can throw him and he'll stab you in the back as soon as he doesn't get his way. Also while some initiatives may benefit from co-operation with the AC (like possibly research initiatives) there are many others that have nothing to gain through any association with the Ag school (Business, Nursing).
