Siouxdonyms Posted January 27, 2008 Author Posted January 27, 2008 Oshie dominating out there without a stick! Quote
brianvf Posted January 27, 2008 Posted January 27, 2008 With Oshie's goal, I'm still active in the Survivor! Quote
Sioux_Hab-it Posted January 27, 2008 Posted January 27, 2008 Now 3-1 Tech over CC with about 6 minutes remaining in the second. Quote
keikla Posted January 27, 2008 Posted January 27, 2008 Seawolves lay a big hit on Davidson and suddenly everyone on the Sioux bench is getting physical. Keep it up, Sioux Quote
Bob in Wisconsin Posted January 27, 2008 Posted January 27, 2008 After Oshie lost his stick, he took one of the UAA guys hard into the boards without a stick...awesome! Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted January 27, 2008 Author Posted January 27, 2008 WATKINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2-0!!! He was my survivor last week! Quote
BigGreyAnt41 Posted January 27, 2008 Posted January 27, 2008 Upstairs again!! Watkins! EDIT: Maybe not upstairs. Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted January 27, 2008 Author Posted January 27, 2008 Goalie change for UAA. Olthius now in for UAA. Quote
brianvf Posted January 27, 2008 Posted January 27, 2008 Keep it up Sioux! Hope Tech can hold on against CC. Quote
BigGreyAnt41 Posted January 27, 2008 Posted January 27, 2008 Jeff Lerg currently has a 184 minute scoreless streak. 2nd Period just starting, MSU/Mich scoreless. Quote
keikla Posted January 27, 2008 Posted January 27, 2008 Olthius now in for UAA. I wouldn't be surprised if that move deflates UAA. With Christiansen, there was the slight hope that he would play like he did last night. Now they're playing in front of Olthius, who they know isn't very solid. If I played for UAA, that would definately take some of the jump out of my stride. There's only so much you can do when the goaltending isn't there behind you. Quote
UMDDogz Posted January 27, 2008 Posted January 27, 2008 I know it's not a HUGE non-conference matchup...but (#15) UMD leads (NR) UMass-Lowell 2-0. Alex Stalock just broke the school record for consecutive shutout minutes. Previously held by Taras Lendzyk. Quote
Sioux_Hab-it Posted January 27, 2008 Posted January 27, 2008 Jeff Lerg currently has a 184 minute scoreless streak. 2nd Period just starting, MSU/Mich scoreless. If he shuts out the Wolverettes again Berenson will probably claim he is using illegal equipment. Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted January 27, 2008 Author Posted January 27, 2008 If he shuts out the Wolverettes again Berenson will probably claim he is using illegal equipment. He'll want to measure the pads. Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted January 27, 2008 Author Posted January 27, 2008 Oshie with a linebacker hit. They're obviously going after him, so he's coming back at them. Quote
brianvf Posted January 27, 2008 Posted January 27, 2008 Jeff Lerg currently has a 184 minute scoreless streak. Lerg is a quality goalie, but that's probably easier to do against some of those CCHA opponents. But shutting out Michigan's lineup is impressive. Quote
Sioux_Hab-it Posted January 27, 2008 Posted January 27, 2008 MTU 3 CC 2 end of 2nd SCSU 2 MSU 1 (1st) Quote
BigGreyAnt41 Posted January 27, 2008 Posted January 27, 2008 Gophers up 2-0 with 5:45 left in the 1st. Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted January 27, 2008 Author Posted January 27, 2008 This game could get interesting. UAA laying some big hits. Quote

Siouxdonyms Posted January 27, 2008 Author Posted January 27, 2008 Jean-Phillipe coming through when we need him! Quote
