  1. looks like Grabowski is working Baker.
  2. No AAU together, Did not play High School with Hooker...Did attend Freshman Year At De with Geno. Likely will pick a Dakota School if he wants to play closer to home and stay D1. Do not believe NDSU offered him. Did not get offered from Iowa D1s. NDSU with no MN kids on scholarship seems a long shot.
  3. Tom Miller ‏@tommillergf 1h1 hour ago UND had interest out of HS "@RyanJamesMN: Albany SG Wheeler Baker has received his release from scholarship today. He will transfer. Teammate of Hooker at Osseo , Attended De La Salle one year with friend Crandall. Averaged about 6ppg for Big Dance team Albany..
  4. The ship is sinking ,handwriting is on the wall...lions, tigers, and bears oh my! Jones will need an outstanding coaching job next season to make the Big Sky Playoffs and get rewarded with another contract extension..yup Jones will have to work a miracle to make the playoffs with a sinking ship.

  6. MSU just released a statement that Joey Frenchwood, Bradley Fisher, Ryan Shannon and Terrell Brown are no longer on the basketball team.
  7. Not really, several players at several schools have announced they will be leaving. Players are guaranteed a scholarship for the semester even if they announce they are leaving. Teams are still working on rosters and filling out scholarships . Waiting to announce not really conducive to maximizing ones future scholarship options.
  8. have they ever left or said they were leaving?
  9. UND is having issues on a message board about players leaving vs players actually leaving.
  10. Josh Collins scored 18 pts and won slam dunk contest in Mn. all star game Friday.
  11. Logical post.... Some folks cannot understand that the flagship school in Texas paid their basketball coach 2.2 million a year Top Ten NCAA D1 Salary... UND pays 100k. A Bottom ten NCAA D1 Salary.... For a TOP TEN salary in the NCAA..... having a sub 500 record in conference play is not good. Barnes conference winning % same... as Jones last 3 years....Again I am right as I have said all along conference play greatly trumps non conference play...no matter how much a handful of uninformed people do not like it
  12. ADAM MCDERMOTT (Cedar Rapids Xavier) — University of North Dakota may have gotten a bargain with the 6-foot-4 shooting guard. Averaged 17.9 points and 6.2 rebounds for a Xavier team that finished fourth in 3A. Also shot 46.3 percent from 3-point range. Cedar Rapids Gazette all area team.

  15. Corey Evans @coreyevans_10 Roundball Rundown Report Director & East Coast Contributing Editor for NY2LA Sports Email: roundballrundown@hotmail.com Pittsburgh, PA · ny2lasports.com.....Cortez Seales is a HM guy. This kid can ball. 2015 guard has a polished scoring arsenal. Lefty is smooth on breakdown, not afraid of contact....Tweet from recruiting analyst Corey Evans: "Just can't get over it. Cortez Seales is a top 150 guy. No questions asked. Scoring off the baseline and below the arc is tremendous."
  16. Tyler averaged 23 ppg this season will be the second highest returning scorer in 4A. MN. high school hoops next season. 17. Lost Huff,Anderson,Traylor, Webb, Schuler and Stefan from 13/14 for 54ppg out of 74 ppg for a loss of 73% of scoring
  18. kinda supports your low IQ thing.
  19. Ernst tore ACL in late Feb. Might have been waiting for high major offer. Has a nice group of Mid Major offers, doubt if UND coming in late could sign him unless other schools back out due to ACL. Tyler leaving would be strange, no shortage of PT for him.
  20. This a recruiting thread ....not a rip the coach thread
  21. Like I have been trying to educate the handful of fire jones people it is almost about conference records 66-67 does not matter because of his conference record! .....Hewitt 8-25 last 2, 15-34 last 3. Atlantic 10 record 15-34 that is why he got canned people ...please educate yourself on how decisions are made , not just follow your emotions or pipe dreams. Jones 28-30 in the SKY Hewitt 15-34...see the difference??? it is mostly about conference play and that is an indisputable Fact.

  24. well genius this board is not the masses actually only a minute minority of people actually post on this board. You are the minority and wrong as always. If the masses wanted jones canned he would be...Fact is they do not.... guess who is still mens BB coach at UND??? HA HA! Nuff Said
  25. This was the best team Cedar Rapids Xavier has had, and it was because of guys like Adam McDermott. The 6-foot-3 senior guard has been honored by the Iowa Newspaper Association for his outstanding play this season by being named to the Class 3A first-team all-state boys’ basketball team, it has been announced. McDermott is a University of North Dakota signee who averaged 18 points a game and shot 45.2 percent from 3-point range for the Saints, who won a school-record 18 games and finished third at the state tournament. Xavier won twice last week in Des Moines, the first two times the school has done so. McDermott was a three-year starter, a quiet young man who let his play do his talking. Multiple times, he was asked to evaluate his individual season but would only talk about his team.
