Nice senior tribute again, as always.
Now the fun begins.Nice comeback win tonight.
I love senior night, but I'm always depressed also. I might have cried last year knowing that was the last I was going to see Pattyn.

Tim Skarperud and Andy Schneider.
My wife used to date Schneider's roommate, I have one of Andy's practice jerseys. Nice white dazzle. She said it was the only good thing she got out of the relationship.

I feel like I'm the appropriate person to answer:

Thanks!

As long as we're on chants, what are the actual words to the "In heaven there is no beer" my wife asked me last night, and I'm not exactly sure and I'm horrible trying to make it out. Although, the 8 year old kid next to us had no problem singing along with it, should have just asked him.

I certainly wouldn't be advertising on a message board that you're looking for cheap knock-off jerseys from China. There was a big bust in Eagan a few years ago involving Chinese-made NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL hockey jerseys. The feds don't mess around with stuff like that.
Not going to lie, I've gotten them before, I have a Toews Blackhawks and a Crosby penguins and they are awful. Should just toss them, but I don't want to make the person feel bad that got them for me. My wife got me a Claude Lemieux Avs for Christmas a couple years ago and it's night and day difference in the material, the fit, the comfort, and the overall quality of them. Wore it to a Wild game a year ago and the fans that understood who it actually was were pretty complimentary on it. Long story short, instead of buying a knockoff, save some money and watch eBay or other auction sites.

I was talking with some of the UND folks when they were down for the uno game and apparently there is a Chinese company that makes knockoffs -- any one know if that's the case?
I'm looking for an authentic black size 54 and an authentic green size 54. if anyone wans to sell me one drop me an email
I won a game worn grimaldi during one of the auctions a while ago, but that aint leaving the house.
Thanks
Quinn
Yes, there is, but, you wouldn't catch me dead wearing one. I believe that the company in question also makes them all with a player name on them, and even a not so keen eye can pick out the fake.

I would completely believe it. One of Micheal Brodzinski's high school friends here in GF told my friend and I some very bad stuff about the current state inside the program that Micheal told him. I'm not going to say anything about it on internet message boards at this point because Brodzinski is still playing, but if it's true it just makes the B1G stuff much worse for the program because of the timing. I texted with a couple GPL people about it and even they said it wouldn't be that surprising if it's true.
That's just dirty. My need to know the information is practically eating away my soul.

That said, they get Boeser instead of us, Minnesota would be within the bubble of the NCAA tournament, and we would be much closer to it.
I don't disagree, with what we've seen of Boeser, but at the same time, would he play the same way he does, or be more of pure goal scoring without the drive that Caggiula no doubt brings out in him? I watch Minnesota play and I just don't see anyone on that team willing to make a play like that. Hardnosed play is contagious, as well as soft play. I honestly don't believe you'd see Boeser be nearly the two way player if he were at Minnesota.

Last night was the best I've seen Luke look all season. Hard to take off the puck. Played physical but not over the edge, and played smart. If that kid continues last night's play for the remainder of the push that entire line will be difficult for anyone to deal with, nearly on par with CBS.

This Star Tribune article could lead to some fun discussion
My wife who's been a long time UND fan, but not especially understanding of hockey, asked me last night what has happened to Minnesota. As she asked the question was when Boeser hustled to the corner to negate the icing call which lead to him getting a goal seconds later. I told her they don't have players willing to do that. Risk potential injury by going full speed into a corner to stop an icing and then stick with the play. It was just the most perfectly timed play I have ever seen to describe the difference between the two teams philosophies.

Apparently, Omaha is the cleanest playing team in the conference. One penalty through nearly two and a half periods.

I don't have Twitter either. Not that I'm that old, but social media pisses me off.

Should be required reading for all college hockey players.
Agreed. Phenomenal article. For the love of God, make Boeser, Schmaltz, and all the other guys we could lose at seasons end read it.

Weird. Do you have an account outside the auction section?

They had it advertised for awhile....
Where do they advertise it? Can't say I frequent their webpage, I don't live in Grand Forks either so even if there's radio or newspaper ads I won't see them. I guess I don't understand the difficulty in sending an email to the people that have created accounts on their auction page to notify them when many of us don't have a real reason to visit the school's webpage.
-
Was this a UND auction? I really wish they would send an email out for registered accounts when they have an auction, very frustrating, didn't realize there was one going on.

Being at the funeral yesterday and part of the motorcade, it was amazing to see the silent majority for once. I was beyond honored to see the people of Fargo lining the streets. I know there are a lot of people that talk about how impressive it was too see how far law enforcement traveled, what doesn't get said enough, is how much it means to those of us wearing the badge to see the support of the community. Those of you that attended, watched from home, lined the streets, or even something as small as a blue light outside your home, thank you.

I agree. He's the type of player you hate as an opponent but love if they are on your team.
I don't know if I can bring myself to say that. He's one of the few players that I would like to literally punch in the face.
