The last several years we have traveled to St. Paul for the WCHA final five. This year we will be going to the first NCHC Frozen Face-off. Our daughter will be flying in from Denver to meet us. Speaking from experience there will be more Sioux fans on both of those flights than Denver fans will have at the games this weekend.

Got to have the Grimaldi/Johnson/whoever kick in with some points. I thought OD and Chyzk played well together on Friday. OD seems to have stepped up his game.

Any idea why Hak switched OD and Mitch on the lines? 4th line scores 2 goals last night and he breaks it up.

Very disappointing. For having home ice, the crowd was extremely quiet tonite. Seems like they play better when they are on the road.

What is the scoop with Coltyn Sanderson? He has hardly played his 2 years here. Is he just not very good at this level? Based on playing time, is it safe to assume somebody else will be taking his roster spot next season?

Good chance teams like North Dakota and/or Wisconsin has a better chance heading to Cincinnati for attendance purposes since they travel better than most. The Gophers will insure there are no attendance problems in the Twin Cities.

Thoughts on lineup changes? I didn't see much of Ausmus on offense. Mattson made a couple of blunders, particularly his penalty. Hakstol should leave line of Parks, Caggiula and McMillan intact as they played well.

I think you have jumped ahead to the pairwise rankings the middle of April. At least I hope so.
