From our reporting, it isnt, but in terms of priority for UAH it is institutional support (check to the tune of 1.7 mill per year over 10 years), new conference (they have or will have pitched at least the AHA and CCHA including a 25 grand per series subsidy to make it work) then facilities upgrades, of which a new arena would be included in.
