The point is you didn’t read the article on how they are going to make back the money over 35 years including naming rights. OVG knows what is going to take to make the money back and you don’t.

Since someone didn’t read the article they posted about Texas getting a new arena for free. That is how OVG is making the money back. Was in the first 4 paragraphs, really hard to miss that bit of information.

Minnesota needs UND more then UND needs Minnesota. I watch a lot of Minnesota’s games and no one shows up unless UND is in town. Minnesota doesn’t get close to 9k in attendance per game.
