Yeah, and your right. Rumple was the last goalie I saw get the ref to blow the whistle so he could change out his glove by throwing it away from him during a game.

It’s not an automatic whistle for a goalie losing a glove.

That was Rask in the NHL that lost his skate blade then threw it after the goal.

No it’s not, but I’ve seen Wisconsin’s goal throw his glove to get a whistle when the puck was in the other end a few years ago.

That was such a stupid penalty.
