If Berry misses a 4th time UND is hosting a regional that has to be the final nail in the coffin. UND is basically wasting money for them not to be at their own regional. If he misses the NCAAs, that would be 4 out of the 6 UND has hosted which is half of all the regionals they have hosted. And to add on to that, that is only 1 win.

From what I’ve seen they move up to AHL or NHL positions or to other CHL teams. It would take some time going through all the current NCAA coaches on each team to see if anyone has moved from CHL to NCAA. I want to say off the top of my head, the head coaches at Clarkson and BGSU came from the CHL.

Can’t argue them being gone too. I just can’t see Karl as a head coach. I can’t believe I forgot Ulmer on the list when I knew he was coaching somewhere.
