Omaha started to play not to lose way too early
I’m not sure I’d even call it that

Omahas only chance is working ridiculously hard…it’s tied but I still can’t see it
-
So lazy…that grouping can’t see the ice again.

Terrible D by Omaha
-
Maine looks really skilled…those Nadeau bros were a nice package deal

For how wild, and sub par at defending, curious if a guy like Hutson would have survived here? Guessing his O would have been so elite that it would have “just worked”.
-
Love the boys…but Maine’s jerseys are something to behold. The color scheme, etc.

Glad DU won…we need the conference to do well

I think UMASS needed to pop one in there…DU is getting the next PP

Man DU is in trouble

Tight game. They both look about equal.

I see people make that general statement on here all the time.
I’ve never heard anyone make a specific statement about how he is nuts; if not, so nuts that he (as a player’s parent, no less, living in a different time zone) would outweigh a perennial 30+ point performer from the blue line.
But hey, at least we got that Johnson kid to take Morrow’s spot.
I was just teasing about the didn’t want him stmt. Gf hockey always writes that so I leached it off him/her.
Obv we could’ve used him but it didn’t work out. The dad messed around with the force when the trade happened and Scott no showed. Bubs and crew wanted him to play a full year of juniors and papa morrow said no dice, he’s going to stay at shattuck and put up video game numbers (not a terrible idea, however communication was terrible). Papa morrow wanted to play college puck right away thinking he was ready (he was), but the coaching staff wanted him to play a yr of juniors. It was a deal breaker. Hindsight is 20/20 I suppose.
The aftermath produced a rumor that he couldn’t play D and he was a bad kid. Both of which were never true. He’s a great kid I guess. Again, the dad controls everything and is a huge pain (supposedly).

Heard from a reliable source that he was a "me" first guy. Probably wouldn't have meshed well with our culture. Also heard his dad was trying to be overly involved with everything.
I have a great source into the whole deal. He is an offensive dman but his D isn’t an issue (don’t listen to anyone else his numbers speak for themselves at this point). But his dad was a big big issue almost everywhere he’s been. Didn’t want to post anything before but whatever at this point.

All time assist leader at Umass thru 3 years. Wouldn't have been able to do that here...
Can’t play D

Morrow is pretty smooth. Probably couldn't have handled the pressure though here.
Didn’t want him in all seriousness papa morrow is nuts supposedly

I deleted my original post by accident after trying to edit it. Obviously the records I listed depend on UND losing to Michigan tomorrow.
If DU pulls out a semifinal win over UND in 2016, is there really any question on Berry’s performance being WORSE than Hakstol’s?
Nope

What’s the story with the ASU dman…we already have PP QBs for next year I suppose, but 37 in 36 is really good.

Kyle Heger to Umass Am. Really good player. Not sure if we were in on him but I was hoping we were.

I'm slightly surprised by this, but the majority CHN's writers have us going through to St. Paul and only one have 9 have us losing in the first round:

Moore couldn’t handle the pressure of playing at UND.
Respectfully, I highly doubt that was the case. I always liked his game however he was def prone to the dummy mistake at times. Everyone figures it out at different times. I really wished he was still here however he def got in Bub’s doghouse.
His numbers are solid, especially his +/-. One this to consider though is Q’s schedule is a bit weaker playing in the ECAC. Besides Cornell…it’s all cupcakes.

Exactly what I was thinking. We should play a heavy game vs. Michigan. The offense will come with our talent and depth up front.
Mich will have a heavy F press too. They’re finally healthy. It should be a battle of the boys show up.

And that’s how you lose a hockey game. Zero push from UNO since they scored the second goal. Matter of time.
