I get it...easily the worst loss out of this top 6. But their team definitely got better. Either way I was of the thinking that if it wasn't OSU it would have to be Baylor. To be honest the difference between Baylor and OSU is very small to me. Not enough to start thinking anyone made some huge mistake. OSU had better SOS overall (even though I do believe the Big10 is so overrated).

This one has split written all over it however I'm obviously hoping for a split. Anyone hear any news on Stetcher? If it wasn't a break hopefully it wasn't a high ankle sprain. That could linger all season long. Lucky the boys get a big long break after next weekend.

I think the Committee got it right. OSU definitely passed the eye test last night. Wisc is not a very good team whatsoever but to beat them 59-0....one could see that OSU is going to be a tough out. Bama fan here, this one is going to be close. I think I'd rather have them play FSU.

Freshmen tendy in his first start of the year at the Ralph.....terrible? Did you watch the game or even break down each of his goals? I thought one was bad and that was after he'd given up 2 goals on 4 shots. The first goal was a tip and the second was a complete line breakdown. Could he have made the save on the second? Sure, but I've seen good goalies miss that one too. The third goal was brutal. Obviously the kid was rattled. I watched him last year when he played for Waterloo. He isn't as bad as his statistics showed last night. The kid needs pt. I would start him again tonight although hak probably won't.

I believe the third one was his fault (I think that was the really bad rebound). This first wasn't however he didn't look quick on the second either. Although no one on the ice looked good on that second goal. Either way, the backup goalie has to get some minutes sometime in a season. I feel bad for the guy, he's better than that. I think the boys had some real nice shifts in the second (obviously) however overall I don't think they played well offensively or defensively, they were going through the motions. The reason we looked so much better than them was simply a talent difference between the two teams. I thought the dmen were pinching early, the forwards, for the most part weren't buzzing. They were playing men's league hockey. I'm going to guess we win 6 or 8 to 1 tomorrow regardless if Caggs plays (which he shouldn't if he's dinged up at all).

LSSU is terrible. I, for one, don't think that would be the worst thing in the world. Backups need to be prepared in case anything should happen to Zane. Just have a very short leash (2 goals, not three).
