  1. I'll double down on that
  2. No boeser again...although Miami is missing belpedio.
  3. I know. I thought Miami looked like a very bad team last night. Belpedio out hurts them tremendously. We controlled the play and fired a lot of pucks on net but we still need more guys crashing the net. Last night should have been a blow out. At least we got the win. As someone else noted, Miami doesn't have much to play for tonight while we are still in battle mode. Hopefully the boys throw up a crooked number on them tonight.
  4. Boys played bad. Big deal. On to tomorrow.
  5. Holy !@#$ this is getting tough. Boy dominating in every facet of the game...then they score.
  6. Two things are certain...death and the boys making the NCAAs
  7. Bad D, no bailout by the tendy. Shucks. No way we lose this game. 5-3 boys
  8. No way...not tonight. Jost is shining.
  9. Well we may need an excuse. ill change my prediction. 4-3 good guys
  10. No boeser, not good timing
  11. Our goals against isn't that bad.
  12. Bingo. Last year teams could barely keep the puck in our end. 95%+ of the shots were from the perimeter. If you want to see good numbers go check out Bitzer's. I knew he was good...but wow.
  13. Yes he has. He just hasn't had the greatest year. 90 save percentage just isn't getting it done. Here's to him (and the rest of the team) turning it around.
  14. Very very true. But we need his best tonight.
  15. Only if Cam leaves.
  16. Nice get. It's tough to make that US team and they have a nasty schedule. Nice get bubs!
  17. I did the same....that weather was nasty.
  18. Exactly....there are always outliers. However the USHL is getting so good that in many cases the top point producers tend to produce at the college level. Clearly Wilkie has struggled so far however hopefully he puts this past him and continues to stay positive and come back strong for his junior year. You always have the guys that do well in juniors but struggle when they get to college, it's most likely due to foot speed, vision, or strength. However, rarely does someone do nothing in juniors and shine when they get to college (yes, I know what Jonny B. did for SCSU and that was a huge outlier).
  19. I wouldn't go that far. Hoff had similar numbers to Adams. I honestly thought Hoff would be more dangerous this year, next year could be his year. He's not the only one struggling to meet expectations this year. Also, I think Yon will turn out to be a pretty nice scorer in a couple years. Let him figure out the college game a bit. He also needs a good passer on his line. I have no clue what Bowen will turnout to be. He's a phenomenal skater with nice energy. Purely looking at prior statistics, he's not a proven point producer (if you can't score in the BCHL that raises some red flags). However, that could change in his upper-class years with more development.
  20. Hoff has a higher offensive ceiling than Bowen, Smith, and Yon. I would pin Bowen and Smith as third/fourth liners until maybe their seniors seasons. I'm not too sure what Yon will bring. His junior numbers aren't eye popping other than his goal scoring rate. He has an unreal shot. If he can continue to work on his vision/playmaking he could become an offensive threat by the time he's an upperclassman.
