    There is one thing I do like about the schedule. Yeah, there are 3 non d-1 teams, and they are the first 3 games of the year. No more of this random non-d1 in the middle of December.

    I have to hope that the Dec 2 they are still scheduling is a d-1 home. Uff on the schedule, but you know what... still doesn't change the fact that they need to have a big season. They have the talent to win the Sky.

    While I know that travel costs would go down for Football in the MVFC, how much would costs go down (if at all) if UND was put in a Big Sky division with the Montana schools, UNC, Idaho, Idaho State and Weber State for example.

    Is this an all or nothing thing with women's hockey? Could there be a way to keep it but lessen the blow on the budget? I'm not too privy on budgets (which is why I got my degree in the west end of campus and not the east ).

    My first thoughts on the team -Wow, lots of height -Look a little discombobulated at times, especially at first touch. That will get ironed out in time -Impressed with some of the transfers and the girl from EP. Veil had her moments... but still looks out of sorts. -Good to see them come back in this game, but they made some critical mistakes at key moments that cost them 2 sets, including the last one. -when this team gels... I don't see why they cant win the conference and make the NCAAs this year.

    Blow the whole thing up. Molly, Burno, Neil, everyone needs to go and start it from square one. New GM, new manager, new everything. They need to make a massive move because if they dont, they will fall further behind in the Twin Cities sports scene, especially with that new toy coming in at TCF starting in the spring of 2017. If the T-Wolves can make a big splash (and I can make an argument for them being worse run that the Twins) why can't the Twins?

    FWIW: Omaha was picked 6th in the pre-season poll in the Summit. Tomorrow should be 2 good tests. Hope for a least a split and give Ole Miss a run for their money.

    All I know is that if UND does end up moving to the Summit/MVFC, I will need to start planning trips to Sioux Falls. I am curious, as a few others have suggested here or the other thread about the possibility of a Summit/Big Sky configuration if the MVFC decides to stand pat
