Everyone knew we had a special recruiting class coming in but generally there's a few weeks where the new guys are getting adjusted to the pace of the college game. Not these guys. They came in ready to go from day one. The best part is that they all seem to have something we've been lacking for years. They're all finishers. Cold blooded assassins. It's great to see a chance coming and feeling confident that it's going in. Hot goalies be damned, these youngsters are fun to watch.

I wish we could sign Holm today. I'm nervous about the Gophers or somebody swooping in with an FBS offer.

Our admin is leaving a lot of potential revenue on the table. Football, both basketballs, and volleyball can all use more support which always leads to greater success. You need to spend money to make it.

This game is a nice opportunity for the football team to regain a little footing with the fans and students. Hockey is out of town. MSU is ranked. They have an explosive offense and terrible d. That should make for an entertaining game. Hopefully we get the ship righted this Saturday.

Do you think they can wait for a new HS recruit to develop or do you think finding a drop down or JUCO would be a better option? OR do you think they believe that Studsrud can become a decent passer? If he can then we have all we need for two years at QB. I think we need to find 2 legit QBs. Doesn't matter where they come from, we need a guy who can lead the team with his feet and arm because we have RBs who can get the job done and would be spectacular with a passing game complimenting them.

Mollberg and Bartels were throwing to the best WR group in the nation in their first starts as well. Including the two best WR in school history.
