Yup. Everyone took a knee. They played a video talking about why. Then they stood as a team to honor the anthem. Can’t do it better than that.

One more thing. I was really impressed with how the team did the knee thing yesterday. At first I was thinking “oh !@#$” when they knelt. But when the video then said they were going to stand for the anthem as a team I was relieved and impressed. Can’t handle that issue better than that. Great job to the program on that.

Really easy to get buy in when winning. I really hope the coaches turn up the heat this week and ride the guys extra hard. We cannot !@#$ the bed this week.

Heard the AC had a few guys quite the team last week.

Quick somebody discredit their team for actively trying to intercept and strip the ball.

That team had guts. And some serious playmakers.

You guys were dominated us in the trenches at the start though. I thought we were totally fucked and just hanging on by a thread in the first quarter. Our OL/DL must be in better shape because the second half was a different story.

It would be nice if the team was ready to start the game though.

Must be tough to be on the field a lot. Feel for them.

This was a really entertaining game. Lotta big plays. Our defense made me pull my hair out though.

The Jacks fr qb looks pretty good. Throws a nice ball with some zip and can move.

Think about it this way. Naming the building after him will be a great recruiting tool. It’s a nice story and could sway a recruit or two each year.

Loveland had amazing powder above the tree line. A Basin had some fluffy spots as well and the tree runs there were really fun and thankfully not as tight as Sunlight. Bounced off a few trees there!

Loveland, Snowmass, Sunlight, and A Basin. Was planning on hitting up Powderhorn as well but we decided to chill for a day at the Glenwood hot spring to give our legs a day off instead.

Lots of positives from last game obviously. However, our passing game didn’t look very good. That needs to click next week to have a chance at a big upset. Same goes for our intermediate passing d. We gave up too many chunk plays against SIU.
