He called it an incident. That is pure bull$%!#. It was a sadistic pattern of behavior. He absolutely dehumanized that poor kid. Not once, but over and over. Really tough to chalk that up to immaturity.

I’m pretty torn on this because people can grow and change, but when I think back to the type of kids that would do this type of stuff in middle school that I knew, they’re still pieces of !@#$ to this day. Tough to think we couldn’t have found a recruit with better character.
