  1. Are there enough moderate Republicans and Democrats to band together into a caucus that actually puts the welfare of America and its people first? Would it be enough to form a powerful centrist third party?

Of course that will never happen, all the money goes to the extreme conservative and liberal factions.

You mean like the announcement of pfizer having a 90% effective vaccine a week after the election? Yeah, the covid response in our country hasn't been political at all.

Also, the election isn't technically over yet. So to say, see I told you, is a bit premature.

Have to disagree. As a Trump voter/anti-Harris voter, it’s all over but the shouting. Too much fraud to be able to prove enough to change the outcome.

Very little apparently. Other than players have flip flopped. Same divide. Different year. Wash. Rinse. Repeat.  Won’t be long until “Not my President” chorus from the right side of the tabernacle.

So Republicans are mobilizing and rioting in the streets today?  Our “news media” folks behind the teleprompters are crying on the air?

And the Republicans won’t launch a 3 year investigation in trying to find something... anything... to file impeachment charges instead of doing what they have been sent to Washington to do.

On second thought, maybe that was a good thing... kept them distracted  :D

It happened when they uploaded the data, which since they were votes that couldn't start being counted until the polls closed, happened to be at 3am. Remember all the people complaining we don't have results yet? It would take 2-3x longer if they didn't work through the night. No one can actually be dumb enough to think that if people were going to try to cheat in that blatant of a fashion, that they would do it that way. On top of that, it has been known for weeks that there would be legal challenges and recounts. If you're smart enough to try to manipulate a national election, you don't blatantly make a six figure drop of ballots when you know all of that info is traceable.

Ok, but why were there 0 votes for Trump or any of the third party candidates? That just doesn’t seem plausible.

Not a conspiracy theorist, but that is a stretch. And the time of night...???

  6. Do these places (Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania) have 100,000 votes more for President than any other race, including Senate, House, or state races?

is it possible that 100,000 people in those states only cast their vote in 1 race?

edit: just checked, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin did not have Senate or Governor races this year. In Michigan, a late surge for Dem Gary Peters put him ahead of John James

RBG and Scalia both had deep, deep understanding of the Constitution and came up with different interpretations of cases all the time.

I have no doubt the SCOTUS members know the Constitution and have different interpretations, it’s the people in Congress who have no clue what the Constitution says and means that are the problem.

Lol something tells me those bills include other goodies

    2 rules they should have...

Legislation should have a single purpose (no additional pork attached)

Everyone should be required to pass a test on their knowledge of the Constitution before they can introduce, co-sponsor or vote on any bills
