  1. If SUU goes NAU may follow for lower cost travel, but that will be a tougher sell since NAU has been a member of the BSC for 50 years. Controlling costs will become even more important in the Covid future.

It might make the Big Sky a northwest FCS alongside the central Summit/MVFC and let the WAC take the Southwest. But the big issue is getting more football schools so the WAC can have a football conference. That is why Southland schools are being brought into the discussion. Without football, the whole thing will fall apart.

Yeah I saw some of those, but I'm looking for a Youth L.  Additionally, I'd like something that is more based on the current uniforms and was hoping folks had seen things in a store or something that maybe isn't available online.  I don't mind it being #1, although through this search there are so many variation you can find of the team down south it makes me wish we could do the same.

    Yep

So we're back to the "big mad media" "poor poor Trump" fallback?

Do you ACTUALLY believe that Trump and Biden got equal treatment in the town halls? Did Biden even have to handle one tough question?

Go ahead and cast your vote for whomever you believe is the lesser of two evils (unfortunately, that is a lot of what this election is), but I believe that Trump is by far a lesser evil than Harris and Pelosi. When the radical left demands and Biden is not strong enough to say no (or is forced out by them), that is who will be running the country.

  4. Included in the rumors, outside BSC schools are Southland Conference schools like Incarnate Word, Abilene Christian, and ...  Augustana (SD). Would be outside the footprint, but gives Augie a DI conference so they can move up. Would this make Augie a travel partner for Chicago State? Is it even remotely possible?

Well, I've been thinking of stopping calling Trump, "Dear Leader".   Since you believe you are even handed and fair, help me choose between these:

    A.  Don the Con.   An oldie, but goodie.

    B.  Don the John.  You know, since he paid Stormy Daniels $130,000 or so for sex.  Well, to try to cover up the sex anyway.

I'm kind of leaning toward Don the John, but as someone who has always been sooooo even handed, what do you think?

    Also, you're full of crap.

    Lol.

    How about President Trump

Keep it up, cultist.  The BS is only making things worse for Dear Leader.

Hayduke, I do not know whether you are the CEO of a multinational corporation or posting from your mother’s basement. If you are a twenty-something or retired. I gather from your posts that you are a radically liberal, while I am a right leaning independent.

That said, if Biden is elected President of the United States, I will give him the respect that is due him in his position as the President. Unlike your alphabet media led cult that was out in the streets, demonstrating and whining ‘not my president’, needing days off from work or school because you were so devastated that you couldn’t even go to class to listen to some liberal professor lecture about how Trump was not his president either.  As when Obama was elected, as an American, I respect the officer, even if I disagree with his policies. You have not shown the same respect and really have demonstrated the opposite.

[p.s.  if Biden is elected and then the Democrat party subsequently decides to remove him from office because he is showing signs of senility, I just might go out into the streets and join demonstrations that Kamala Harris is not my president :hypocrite:]

Not sure why you brought abortion into this, but if abortion becomes illegal we will need an exponentially better social safety net from birth to adulthood to better assist the underclass the majority of those fetuses would occupy.

Abortion should not be the go-to For birth control. How about better distribution and education of other contraceptives?

  9. If it is SUU (or any other BSC school), what happens with their football program?
Doubt BSC will let them stay (nice even number of 12 teams without them).

    Will they drop football?
    Will they go independent?
Will the WAC restart a football conference? (SUU would be the 4th football team - NMSU [FBS], Tarleton and Dixie [FCS] are currently independent). Obviously that would mean they have to find at least a couple more teams, and NMSU will fight dropping to FCS.

    https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/national-security/internal-document-shows-trump-officials-were-told-make-comments-sympathetic-n1241581

Federal law enforcement officials were directed to make public comments sympathetic to Kyle Rittenhouse, the teenager charged with fatally shooting two protesters in Kenosha, Wisconsin, according to internal Department of Homeland Security talking points obtained by NBC News.

In preparing Homeland Security officials for questions about Rittenhouse from the media, the document suggests that they note that he "took his rifle to the scene of the rioting to help defend small business owners."

  12. Not about Joe Biden but about the Democrat leadership that I fear will be telling Biden how to think...

I do not understand why the Democratic leaders of Congress knelt in the halls of Congress for about 9 minutes, for the death of a black man named George Floyd and other persons.

I have never seen them kneel for a fallen Police Officer, for a fallen Soldier or for the soldiers left to die in Benghazi!!

I have never seen them kneel for the thousands of (black and white) babies aborted EVERY DAY.

I have never seen them kneel for a murdered white man or woman.

I have not seen them kneel for the thousands of black-on-black murder victims.

I have not seen them kneel for the thousands of elderly people that died in nursing homes due to the Corona Virus.

I have to ask: WHY are Democrats putting the life of George Floyd as more valuable than the lives of everyone else?

In fact, Democrats have put so much value on the life of George Floyd, they have allowed rioting, looting, arson, murder and mayhem in communities Nationwide...

This is for a guy who was arrested NINE times; was a convicted drug dealer; held a gun to the stomach of a pregnant lady while his five buddies robbed her home; did prison time three different times totaling about eight years and obviously didn't learn from our penal system  And America is memorializing him by painting murals of the guy on the sides of buildings like he's a hero?  Unbelievable!!  You got to be kidding me.

And to pour salt in the wound, Pelosi presented his brother a folded American flag flown over the Capitol in his honor in a beautiful tri-cornered presentation case. A flag that should be reserved to honor those who have served America with honor. (think fallen soldiers and first responders)

Don’t get me wrong, I am not justifying George Floyd’s death at the hand of a police officer, but what is wrong with this picture?

I'm willing to endure 4 years of Biden in order to bring stability back to the country.    Trump preys on instability.  From day 1 his entire presidency was predicated on fanning the flames of division, which has given a voice to the populists, racists and nationalists.  And, in turn, radical elements on the left followed suit.  He's exposing, magnifying and propagating the worst elements of our country.   Trump is a conman who appeals to the LCD of society.

Thank you for taking the time to explain why you feel how you do about Trump. This is much more informative than Hayduke’s name calling.

While I would agree that Trump is, what my wife and I called in 2016, the angry old white man’s candidate, I would like to consider myself a nationalist. Hopefully not a racist. Yes, he appeals to the bigots and LCD, as you call them, but his bravado and willingness to be a businessman in a political world put America back on a better economic foundation. He made tough decisions that even his own political party shuddered to support. Why should the United States be the funding source for things like the Global Climate Accord when places like China are far worse offenders and yet do not pay their fair share? In that sense, I agree that we should take care of our own before handing out billions of dollars to countries that hate us and always will.

I will beg to differ on the source of the divisiveness we are seeing, although not disagreeing that Trump has done nothing to quell the division. From day 1, when he announced his candidacy for president, he has been continually attacked by the mainstream media sources. My feeling is that the media has been the fuel to the radical division of the country, both sides - CNN/MSNBC/ABC/CBS  and FOX. It has caused painful family fights and long time friendships have been ruined because of what is going on in Washington. I have tried to find a neutral fact-checking source but if they are not as liberal as snopes.com, they are as conservative as FoxNews.

In a country of 340 million people, we should be able to come up with better candidates to be the leader of the free world. I was as never Hillary as Hayduke is never Trump and cannot find a good reason to vote for Biden. His 47 years in the political arena as someone who bends whichever way the wind blows does not inspire any confidence in him or his willingness to be a tough negotiator with China, N Korea, Russia or Iran or even the far left wing (that seems to have taken over) of the Democrat party.

That said, I have believed from the beginning of this epidemic of Coronavirus, that Trump was bringing jobs back to the USA and reducing our dependence on China. That pissed them off and they decided to go to war against us economically. The rest of the world is just collateral damage in their vengeance. They have succeeded and have crippled our economy by shutting us down and taking away our humanity/individuality with mask mandates (like they have done in their extremely polluted cities). I really feel that Trump will be better at restarting our economy than the socialist tendencies that have populated the Democrat platform.

My apologies for this getting so long. I will get off my soapbox now.

    Do your own research.

Either you didn’t take me seriously about being willing to hear your side or you don’t have an answer. I thought asking for 3 examples over 35 years in the Senate was something you could do to demonstrate why you are so supportive of former VP Biden. I am not committed to Trump, and actually would be willing to listen to well thought out reasoning to support Biden. As it stands, I am disappointed that you are not able to ‘verbalize’ why Biden should become President other than orange man bad.

Saying it is a long list or to do my own research (which I have done and gave you one more example than you were able to provide to me) and then again resorting to calling me a cultist really fits with your history of deflecting, not answering the question and responding by attacking anyone who does not agree with your view.

Your lack of an answer just makes me think that the media has drafted you into their brain-washed viewpoint.

And, by the way, I am not SiouxFan97
