We could use some good news to start the week

I’m guilty oh this, I guess that’s why we’re fanatics , we should wait a day or two until posting just to be fair to coaches and players.

Does Berry coach the D , if not maybe he should

Playing with Moore who isn’t the best defensively will do that for you , but just keep running the same lines and getting the same results then next year I guess we need to go to the portal again because we can’t recruit players we want to play.

I don’t think the issue is being replaced by portal players but leaving for more playing time with other programs.

So we let the program sink because we are afraid we will lose recruits? We keep playing like this recuits will be a non issue. How will it look if we lose some talented players because we play 5th year or portal players over young players we recruited ?

Forget NIL money find some cash to buy Berry out, time to move on before we are the Michigan tech/Wisconsin of the Nchc

I agree if 6-18-26-29 are going to be here next year they need to play every game from here on out. 10-13-19-2-3-7 will not we here for sure next year. It’s like Berry doesn’t care for some players but gives others mega chances.

#10 looked lost for long stretches last night. Poor defensive coverage, poor goaltending and five on five offense is almost zero not a good team at all.

Wondering what happens to players when they get here, Johnson, James , McLaughlin , and others were awesome players in juniors the they get here and get worse , maybe trying that round hole square peg thing. You can’t even spin this , this coaching staff does not develop players at all. Time for a fresh start IMHO.

Maybe I’m thinking 2-3-7-10-13-15-19-25-28 and possibly 6-29

Master plan to lower expectations then we are never disappointed.

The Ralph used to be a very tough place to play, these players just sleepwalk through most games. Is this Berrys coaching style or indifference from the players. His gosh darn fella attitudes is ruining the culture he preaches. He played for Gino, coached under Blais and Hakstol but his style is not getting it done. Close to being a Rube Bjorkman. with all the advantages this program has this team should at least be competitive and for long stretches they are not.

Maybe they will play Johnson now, the worse that could happen is he would turn the puck over for a goal.

Half way through , 8 shots and Berry just keeps trotting the same thing out there.

Not sure why deridder was not an option for Berry, even when it got to 5-4 he should have put him in. I think they need two d1 goalies next year with Johnson as the third practice goalie. Helston is just not going to cut it.

Doesn’t the coaching staff have some blame in this they see the plays but still trot the same players out every shift, maybe a few shifts at the end of the bench would send a message that you play the right way or you sit. On second thought maybe their playing Berrys style , we don’t know.
