I agree 100% that if you step back and reflect on the whole season it was quite a run from this club. I was the one b@#%^ing about the poor play and Hakstols methods. Once again I was proven wrong as I was last year. If they finish ever year like the last two I will continue to do my mid-season rants and Sprig,Dagies,MafiaMan and PCM can shut me down. No matter what always a Sioux fan
It's too bad that Holy Cross doesn't have a board then you would have another thing to do while were still playing (by the way how did that Kessel thing work out for the team this year)
Boy would our team look different if everone had stayed or had full eligibity. Matt Greene on defense, Colby Genoway,Brady Murray and Zach Parise at forward.Somewhat suprised at Genoways #'s in the AHL,too bad he only had 3 years here
I have a better idea, Steel cage match between the Fridays Western Regional games. No holds barred with PCM as Ref. That would be cool THETRIOUXPER and SIOUXHABIT vs. SLAPSHOT and BUCKYSIEVE. We could sell tickets and everthing.
I think different opinions should be welcomed here without be ripped on every time. Sure it's Sioux Sports .com but it doesn't say Sioux fans only when you sign up. Remember Triouxper keep your friends close and your enemies closer Lots of people vary in styles and what teams they like.Let people express themselves unless they come on here just to flame and it doesn't seem to be the case with Slap Shot or BuckySucks Just my opinion.
Aaron and Karl played on and off in 97-98, Aaron had injuries during the season and Karl played the majority and Aaron left after that year. Maybe he could see the writing on the wall
Turned the corner he is past the corner and cruising chicks on main If and a big if we keep this freshman class together and slow down early departures from the upperclass there will be more banners being hung in the REA.
I had heard that they didn't think he was strong enough,at first,to play center in the WCHA but I agree after his move back to center he has really took off. Maybe he has more freedom at center compared to spending all the time on the walls.
