I guess none of them count unless they are playing for a national title. Never forget, if you team loses in the third place game its meaning less. I was actually surprised that the league didn't move the third place game to the prime time to get more butts in the seats and move the championship game to the afternoon spot.

Pee or get off of the pot Kessel. I am sick and tired of even the Grand Forks Herald even covering Phil the Thrills decision to go or not. Personally who fricken cares, whoopty do. I still think Oshie (was robbed) is a better more complete hockey player than Phil "its all about me" Kessel anyways in my opinion. Lets not forget that Vanek was a healthy scratch during the NHL playoffs because the coach deemed he was not putting out a good effort. I translate that to he is lazy or poor in the defensive zone.

This cancer stuff has been out there for sometime, however, all of the gopher kool aid drinkers were saying nah this stuff isn't true, ok, whatever, then to top it all off, we are to believe that Jack Johnson because he elbowed a player has no right to call Kessel a dirt bag, this logic doesn't hold water. This stuff is being said probably because it is true. Frankly, I have more respect for Johnson and would tend to believe him more than I would a weasle like kessel. Now in a way we hope Kessel doesn't go pro so we can watch the gopher Locker Room implode again and watch them lose to another 16 seed team.

I have to say on this summer day when I am sick and tired of crappy, dry, extremely warm weather, to pick up my spirits, I all I have to do is think of the Regional between the Gophers and the Crusaders.

It just appears that some of these NHL guys have no clue when it comes to the NCAA Division one hockey. The Sioux are like the perennial powerhouse in the NCAA and the WCHA.

If I was eaves I would be craping my pants just like the other coaches are right now. This off season signings are not over as of yet.

I am not against the Hawks signing Skille and Dowell.

Labs are the ultimate exercise plan, who needs a health club. Two mile walks everyday, frisbee in the back yard. Retrieveing/training when we throw the dummy duck and pheasant. Knowing my dog he would pick up the clay pigeons that I missed and bring them back to me. But dakota is used to missed, he has also heard a lot of no bird calls over the last two years. One time I was hunting last season and just after shooting hours two mallard came in and were going to land in the decoys, easy shots, emptied my gun and my dog who was sitting on the bank looks back at me as if to say, nice shot sherlock. As far as shooting clays goes, I find them harder to hit than a pheasant. The ones that come out of the automated machines are whizzing really fast. One time my hunting buddy and I got out shout by a 15 year old girl during a tuesday night clay piegion shoot at the EGF Rod and Gun club (about 8 years ago) so I never fault anyone for for missing a bunch of clays.

Whatever the decision is, I think Sioux fans need closure on it. Either way it would be nice to know.
