I agree with the high end talent statement: Ryan Duncan, David Toews, Jason Gregoire, Hextall, Chris VandeVelde, Derrick LaPoint, Chay Genoway, Joe Finley, Evan Trupp, Matt Frattin these guys are all great players. Watkins and Kozek were both at the top scoring column in the BCHL. I don't get it.

I don't know I don't mind Looker at all. Also, he did some announcing for River Cities Speedway at the end of the season and I thought he was fine.

I think I would agree with you there as well... UND has won championship with less talent than is on this team. I don't know why people don't think this team isn't talented. By the way C.C. is having trouble scoring goals as well...

I think the CCHA is even worse right now. MSU lost 6 in a row, Michigan is 2-4 in their last 6 games. Notre Dame is ok but DU took them apart.

I don't think it was a meltdown, the goals were pretty good offensive efforts. Even the best goalies are going to give up goals.

I think honestly the Fighting Sioux are pretty close to getting it together. The Sioux are almost there. I look around the NCAA right now and this is the most parity I have ever seen in college hockey. The CCHA is god awful. The other night Jerry York and Jack Parker were on NESN between periods of the Bruins game and York and Parker were talking up the Hockey East and since the two coaches made their appearance BU is 0-2 and B.C. split this weekend. My point is this hockey season is wide open anyone can win and it won't probably be anyone we expect.

I hate clinches and I hate to do this but this team is pretty close to playing well.

Hey good point choyt3. Wow, now that you mention goalies and Ron Hextal here is a blast from the past. Here is a goalie sticking up for one of his team mates. Oh yeah and then there was Patrick Roy. Heck here is Don Luica's favorite GM getting worked. Goalies are competitors as well as the forwards and defense.

Holy cow talking about biting off a lot with Texas Tech. Yikes! It would be interesting to see who much the Sioux get paid for that game.
