That is why I thought it was funny that so many wanted to throw Eidsness under the bus so early. Hockey is a team game and the goalie play does also depend on the defensive play as well. The issues at UND blue line are documented. I also think the Sioux defensemen looked a lot better this weekend.

Sounds a lot like Brad Eidsness. I looked at the numbers and Brad Eidsness has better numbers than John Muse of B.C. right now.

Maybe you might want to wait till the Sioux light up the Kangaroo. I think if I remember right Kangas started slow as a starter not bad but wasn't amazing early he got stronger as he went along and came on once the Frazee melt down happened. I also believe he will get a few past him if his defense keeps leaving him to face 30+ shots every game.

That is the only point I really don't agree with I think Toews is just about there but was slowed by an injury. I think he is going to break out after X-mas. Just a hunch. I agree on Eidsness.

I don't know, I watched Hextall pop one of the UAA players in the mouth after the play down in the Seawolf end during the third period. I just love the fire he plays with. Talent wise I think he is a more complete player than Kaip and has the fire of Prpich. I think that he has the ability to be a big time player. The UAA players were pretty focused on Brett he might have taken a few off their games on Saturday night. I like the way Brad

Last night some one laid a really nice check that started a play that ended with Duncan scoring. I don't remember who it was but it was a beauty.

I really don't think that recruits are going to make a decision based on what someone post on a blog or a message board about the team. If I am top pick or recruit I am not going to care if a some jerk from North Dakota said about him. Also, I haven't read anything bad on the Sioux blogs except in the comments from ANON writers on Brad's blog. I am sure not all of them are Sioux fans.

I agree with a lot of what you say, but actually UAA is two points ahead of us right now. I think they will be a 8th-10th place team. That being said we will be tied with them when the Sioux win tomorrow, the Seawolves have played some weak teams early like the article linked on the front page.

I thought UND came out strong, but couldn't hit the net in fact they had the goalie moving his feat but didn't cash in. I think UND could have exploited the UAA goalie he is not very good. They shot the puck everywhere but on the net. So the 6 shots wasn't very accurate it would be ineresting to see the attempted shots. Also the UAA coach spends a lot of time whinning to the officals.

Redwing77 game me this idea. Actually I would like to fire a few players that failed to show up for this game. At the end of the game it showed Haksol and it looked like he was less than pleased with the effort tonight. Almost like he has a bad case of gas or indigestion. It would have been interesting to hear what he had to say after the game. I see a bag em (leave the pucks in the bag practice coming soon)... These guys need a wake up call, they close to breaking out but they are not there yet. Actually we can ruin this thread without ruling some of the other ones on this page.

I think hak needs to just play Eidsness, there is NO benifit to playing Walski and Eidsness is a better goaliew...
