  1. I remember one time years ago during a Coaches show Tim Hennessey saying that the WCHA had had 100,00.00's gaining interest sitting in bank or something like that. You sure as hell couldn't tell by the keys stone cops we have officiating our games.
  2. I have got to go to Hoggsbreath this year. I had to move a fricken piano last year when that was going on.
  3. Here is the phone number to the husky hockey ticket office. 877-727-8849 also, sounds like 208 is the section Sioux fans are sitting in.
  4. I don't think the WCHA need to move Minnesota into the night game to maximize their profits, they would still go to the game if it was held at 1400 hours. Last year the tourney was well attended and Minnesota only played one game.
  5. There is a good chance that me and Sioux7 might be there for Saturday's game.
  6. Personally, I would like to see him take some ownership for a few of these games, because he was the deciding factor. The Wisconsin series he was down right brutal. The second night I wish Hakstol would have let Dell start. I think he needs to sit and watch a few games. Nothing personal against I think his confidence is down and his focus is horrible.
  7. I think the more interesting thing was that he became an all star in the AHL.
  8. I have said it before and I will say it again goaltending is holding this team back. I can think a multiple games where the goaltending has cost us points. Second game against Minnesota, Eids over plays the puck against the Gophers that play cost the Sioux a win. The second Wisconsin game, the Sioux tie the game only to watch BE give up another weak goal and let the Badgers take the lead back in the game, that goal was a momentum killer. The game against the UMD Bulldogs, even though the puck hit the net above the glass and you can see Eids looking at the puck in the net, he should have played to the whistle, on that goal, he wasn
  9. I really like Favre.
  10. Fri ->Kristo Sat ->Gregoire
  11. I think Toby K was after he graduated.
  12. That kid has a hell of a shot.
  13. Well I am over 40...
  14. not at all we just are tired of drivel.
  15. Does anyone know if the Sioux are looking at Jake Useldinger from EGF?
  16. Really it would still be a better league than the CCHA, EZAC, AHA and still better than the Summit with it's unimpressive schools out side of SDSU, NDSU and SD.
  17. I would like to see Bill Howard coaching.
  18. I was told by someone that one that asked one of the fighting sioux coaches why we don't have a goalie coach at UND. Apparently, all of these guys have their own private coach that they send video to and they get evaluated and they send them info back on their reviews of the video.
  19. WCHA > Summit
  20. This looks a lot like your work.
  21. I think you're right, so it was probably unheard.
  22. Bina comes to Oilers from Las Vegas Wrangler, where he was this season has been the team's best defenseman. He was taken out to play All-Star game in the ECHL next week and was selected to start the match for his team. He is a player back with the right mount that is expected to take an important role in the Oilers their power play and also be a driving force for the offensive game. Bina previously played college hockey at North Dakota Fighting Sioux, where he was a teammate with the following NHL players: Jonathan Toews (Captein in Chigaco Blackhawks and Canada's Olympic team), TJ Oshie (St. Louis Blues and the USA's Olympic team ) and Zach Parise (New Jersey and the USA's Olympic team). North Dakota is annually one of the best schools in ice hockey. - We've got a player back with the right composure. It was important for us and gives us more opportunities for variety in our majority stake. We hope he can put his mark on our team as he has done in the teams he has played in the U.S., "said Petter Thoresen.
