Traditionally, I can tell you since about 2000 that a lot of the UW and UND games in Madison have ended up on MIDCO.NET in Grand Forks, ND. I can't speak for the rest of the ND towns.

I agree, I was watching the replay of the UND hockey game last Friday and the quality of the broadcast is not up to the par of the NHL center ice. Even the BSU games in the Bemidji area are in HD.

The ECAC refs wears their names on the back of their shirts/sweaters and they have Paul Stewart as their head of officials and he is definitely well respected around the hockey world.

I like the defense by committee option.

I have been putting a lot of thought into this. When Andrew MacWilliam and Derek Forbort return to the line up from their illnesses who should sit? Joe Gleason looked pretty good this past weekend getting two starts on the weekend. I think Derrick LaPoint has had tough season and was a health scratch in favor of the 17 year old Dillion Simpson. Hakstol has some tough decisions to make soon.

I am just saying do you know how long with our defense it would take to get to 62 straight shots? He would probably need to get 3-4 games and a shut out or about 3 GAA in about 90 shots.

That isn't a broad statement? Have you watch NHL hockey? I am not trying to start a fight with you but the officiating in the WCHA isn't even up to par the worst effort one could see in the NHL. I bet the house league in Canada has better officials than the WCHA. Maybe one of our Canadian friends can tell us other wise. You have alumni of a member school officiating that team's games. The WCHA is the perfect example of nepotism and cronyism. There is no transparency what so ever. The officials don't even put their name on the back of their shirts, that is piss poor.
