Here's a true fact, if Jonathan Toews didn't play for the Blackhawks, 3/4 of you guys wouldn't cheer for the Blackhawks. If he was wearing a spoked "B" on his chest you guys would all be wearing Bruins jersey's... It's not outside the realm of possibility that the Wild could win this series, they just need to get Darcy back in net.

Lets be clear, Beck is an anger management problem, if I am not mistaken, a known hot head. Beck was fleeing because he has just punched someone in the chops. The three UND hockey players in question didn't... I don't think this is the same issue, by a long shot.

That's cool... Sometimes I am conflicted as well because the FSN crew is so pro Gophers they they can't even recognized the other Division I teams in the state of MN.

I don't understand why everyone thinks college kids need to wear a full shield and some how they're safer? In junior hockey they can simply wear a 1/2-3/4 shield if they're over 18 years old. Then they have to wear the mask/bird cage once they come to college. Then when they leave college, they can go back to the 1/2-3/4 shield. There's the argument that the mask/bird cage make the game dirtier because the players feel invincible. It's time to make this rule change.

Then we could make the argument that the police are selectively enforcing these laws. I am not excusing it, and personally, I am not really that fussed about it. But it's funny when an 18, 19 and 20 year old “adult” gets busted for MIP, it's not really a story, and it's only news when an athlete does it. This seems a bit hypocritical to me. You and I could drink in Minnesota when we were 19 years old. I think they should consider changing that law again. If you're old your old enough to vote and die for your country in battle (in the military). I think you should be able to drink a beer without getting arrested. Again, we shouldn’t drive after consuming. This is just my opinion. Like I said, I understand college students drink. It wasn't like this happened during the season.

I have to admit that I ride by the Lincoln Park at night on my bike and there are people there pretty late. Same with River Side Park as well.
