  1. NFC East Hawks
  2. Adding natural light is feasible. There are daytime events beyond just football that natural light would benefit. When it comes down to it, requires vision and $$$
  3. Chaves has a hockey stick so far up his a$$ not sure simply contacting him will get much done …
  4. Wrong
  5. Agree - would be costly considering construction costs in current market, but would absolutely sky rocket enjoyment/satisfaction factor in Alerus Center on game days.
  6. I agree with this - more restaurants on 42nd next to hotel strip by Alerus would be helpful. Next best step is to ask GF sports bars/restaurants - like Buffalo Wild Wings - to set up tents in Alerus Center parking lot for football tailgating. If you can’t get restaurants to open up full time on 42nd, then at least have a temporary presence for game day. A Buffalo Wild Wings tent with beer/wings and multiple TVs set up with college football games would make for a nice addition to tailgating atmosphere, etc.
  7. Technically he’s employed in NJ. Where he lives (NY or NJ) is his choice.
  8. Not sure I would use the word bitter, but icy puck does stink (smell) …
  9. What’s a Carter Rowney?
  10. All starts with vision and expectations. If there’s great vision and expectations, then comes down to effort. It’s really not that complicated; hopefully they can get somebody into the position that has great vision/expectations as well as is willing put in the work.
  11. Well, there are issues with UND football’s winning mentality, and, therefore, also consistency under Schweigert. With that said, the comments from Weah are still way out of line considering what UND did for him to get him on the field.
  12. October 1, 2022 - will be one game this season to look forward to.
  13. Proud of Waletzko, hope he keeps impressing. Big things coming for him, obviously, but also UND football program should be proud too.
  14. This right here is a major liability for the offense. Exactly why QB position is so important to the offense and the entire team. You are basically suggesting that the best we can do with Tommy Schuster to ignite the deep passing game is to throw up 50/50 balls … ouch
  15. This is the main wildcard. If he is a good player, the corps will be better. If he’s a bust, then I worry this receiving corps will be status quo and not nearly explosive enough.
  16. Should be plenty of stories to talk about until Fall camp and thereafter. ding - ding … that’s a call out to the media/GF Herald to do their job and write up at least one UND football related article per week. That’s not too much to ask. Im saying the above knowing full well that some of you will defend the Hearldo tooth no matter what (which is sure to bring criticism from you board experts).
  17. Minneapolis ignores speeding and driving with a suspended license? News to me. I get what you’re trying to say, but being from Minneapolis doesn’t explain anything in this case (nor should it).
  18. For sure. Experienced back with plenty of carries while he was at UNI. Just need to hope he has a healthy 2022 and then he’ll be a great contributor. go Hawks
  19. The portal has finally giveth! yes, this is definitely a much needed positive addition
  20. Yeah, it’s disgusting. Not good
  21. yes
  22. If I had to guess, Waletzko is going to go in the 3rd round. Great player and great success story for UND football. Need to keep it going - momentum is only "so-so" right now for UND football from my perspective.
  23. The waning attendance speaks to a lot of UND football failures, not just spring football.
  24. Wrong. You obviously don’t get out much. Thanks for your opinion, though.
  25. The “home of UND football” doesn’t really feel like the home of UND football. This dysfunction is noticeable if you look at it from all angles.
