I believe this is the first year. I may be wrong though.I thought the playoffs got expanded last year already. Isn't this the second year of the 24 team field?

Good point, I forgot the playoffs got expanded this year. Seven wins does put them in more than likely.They will make the playoffs for the foreseeable future. They only have to be top 24, it won't be hard for them.

Jdub didn't predict anything I did. Not sure whatever everybody posted on here preseason but I think I had NDSU getting beat in the quarters. By mid season I realized they were going to make another run.So, UND fans are making the same sort of predictions about next year's Bison team that they made about this year's team a year ago. Hmmm, hope you're just as accurate this time around.
At any rate what I find interesting is that hours before the national championship game you're posting on a UND site about what a couple UND fans are saying about next year.

I think NDSU wins fairly easy. I also predict and I know it's the wrong thread, that they miss the playoffs next year. 7-5 season.

Not one mention from anybody on here about Texas A&M's Kenny Hill transferring? Of course it sounds as if he's going to TCU and sit a year.

I'm pretty much in their court as well. We may at some point move up but I doubt it will be called FBS and it will be minus all the top conferences (big 10, SEC, etc.... Anyways I'll put money on it that we don't move up in 2016. That's crazy.So nodak651, Oxbox, and MafiaMan all insist any talk of FBS is crazy.
I guess they all think Fullerton should be fired too for talking like that. He sees a bigger picture than you. But I'm crazy.
2016 can't get here soon enough.

We've had some success with wrestlers as well.Side note on Rattelle, he's one of if not the best basketball players on the team. He's a 250lb cat like quick pg. When looking at players we should also look for how they are in their other sports.

Good point, they probably think North Dakota is in Canada.Sometimes when they say they got an offer from North Dakota, who's to say they really mean UND when it's someone from Texas. We'll see how it plays out.

Johnson looks like a good tackler, strong kid, takes good routes to the ball with a lot of entensity. He appears to need to get faster and lose the post play dancing. Also, geaux sioux thanks for the video post of Ratelle. I forgot how pumped I was when he came here. For a guy who technically is too short he is a stud.

I've watched this kid a lot. He's on the cusp of either being a steal or just being a guy that holds a clipboard for four years. His dad is the coach and his brother is an excellent D-3 QB breaking some records at Gustavus this past year. Would love for him to go to UND but hate to see him not play.I want this James Hendricks kid from Bemidji. Verballed to UMD but now holds some sort of offer from both us and NDSU. According to someone on bville, he will be deciding between NDSU and UMD sometime in late January. Hopefully we are still in the running, he looks like a good fit for what we want at QB.

I didn't notice he's a juco. I was thinking he was a high school kid with 4.4 speed. If I remember right Moore was under 4.4 as well around his Junior year.For comparison's sake, Weston Dressler and Donovan Alexander were around 4.35 at UND.
