That was Bert Blyleven. He thought he was doing a taped segment. Screwed up, dropped two f-bombs and said they'd need to re-tape. But they couldn't. It was the Channel 45 in the Cities (FSN rest of state) and he was suspended from doing their games for like 5 games, though it might have been the rest of the year for that station.

I taped the game so I could catch everything they said and posted their comments here: Blais to NDSU Thread I really thought there'd be more discussion on it, but I guess it's a topic that's been argued plenty of times before. Just seems really strange for CSTV to bring it up.

True for cable networks, but I don't think they can show nudity.

Not sure how it works up there, but I know CBC (which is in GF) showed the Big Lebowski late one night. Boobs and all.

Not to mention that those bottom teams of the Big Ten earn wins against the like of Temple and Kent St. or some AA team.

Dave Starman talked about Dean during the DU-UW game last night on CSTV. He said the rumor going around the WCHA is that if NDSU can get the program together, Dean will be coaching them as he's probably going back to the college ranks. He then mentioned that NDSU would probably have to start in the CHA, but the hope would be to get in the WCHA.

UW received a 5 minute major and DU scores to make it 3-1. A little over 6 left.

Anybody catch what CSTV was talking about? I only caught the end when they said BSU, NDSU, and UND have a triangle up here and then they were mentioned that a team (I'm assuming NDSU) would have to probably go to the CHA before hopefully getting into the WCHA. Then they were talking about Dean Blais.
