Are you saying UNA would host based solely on the 2 seed this year? Or do they have UND in SOS as well? I'm only asking due to the NCAA national committee's interesting decision to lower our seed from 2 to 3.

I heard a crazy theory that UNA can't host the semi-final since they host the championship. Any truth to this? I don't think it's true, because I remember how much they were complaining when we hosted them instead of it being the other way around.

We needed this one. Great effort throughout the game. Hopefully they can carry this over to the rest of the games. I get the feeling that someone (coach or player) gave this team a good butt chewing after last night.

While the penalties seem even, I think the Sioux took theirs at horrible times. Though I guess UNO took that holding at the end. I noticed earlier that you said we were all complaining about the reffing. I didn't see that on this board, but maybe it was happening on D2football. Most of us here were just upset with how dumb our players were being in critical situations like that contacting the punter.

Penalty kill looks very good. CC didn't get set up until final 10 seconds. Plus, we had a 2 on 1. Porter took a shot, but should've let the puck settle down. You could tell it threw off his timing.

I have to make the comment that playing outdoors can affect a team, but I don't believe the crowd is one of those affects. Because of this, I believe both UND and USD can easliy pull off the win.

It will be interesting to see if Lennon is more aggressive in this game. I wonder if he might have whisperred in Mussman's ear to take some chances as well.

Before they went to the corner Watkins was already all over him. I don't think he hooked, but he certainly interfered.

Watkins deserved that penalty. I missed the first one. Gotta battle back!
