they would love to rent from there........but never open...kinda hard to find..... said this before......move most those canoes and whatnot to lincoln golf course clubhouse...rent stuff there and launch behind the clubhouse......use the current and it takes you to the downtown dock (behind joe blacks) (the the smaller boathouse that would still have a few canoes an whatnot) and then every few hours a bus or something runs you back to lincoln and your car....simple (another one of my great ideas sicatoka!)

it's like our "waterway" doesn't even exist! bemidji is always pulling people downtown and doing stuff on their lake.... been meaning to say Grand Forks should informally call itself the "Port of Grand Forks"...in homage to our riverboat days and whatnot...something a little fun and different...put it on our water towers and stuff...and then on my bike ride last night i see this...

wonder who thought it would be a good idea to have 2 D! hockey programs that far away? kinda like wyoming and wisco don't have "state" schools....even if Alaska needed a UAA branch why try to do D! athletics even if it is only one sport (men's hockey).....

when saban hears about adding men's hockey as a varsity sport...

I guess my original question was instead of doing these two current projects would it have been better for UND football and softball do ONE large project that brings UND football back on campus...a combo of UND, city, and big donors to make it happen. you can take it one more step and say what if pollard would'nt have been built yet and it was also done at the same time...so instead of three different projects (4 if you could the soon to be addition to pollard) would it have looked better and been better for UND athletics to do something like my little not to scale drawing?
