I agree Hennesey is a homer, but Sweeny and Bredahl are the 2 worst TV announcers ever.

He was proving point, that if you have skill, age doesn't matter. Lee and Kessel (he is also young, so he must not be good) may not see any ice time. On the other hand, they may play every 2nd or 3rd shift. I guess us children will find out in a couple of weeks.

No doubt some suprises, but... At the development camp at the Ralph earlier this year, I thought Brown was one of the best players on the ice. I had never heard of the guy, but he stood out just as much as Stafford, Hensick, Pineault (sp?) and O'Sullivan. P.S. I am glad Earl didn't make the team, even though, "all he does is score goals".

TSN article that mentions Lee as a possible D for the World Junior Team. Sources say the Americans are extremely high on 1987-born defenceman Brian Lee of Moorhead High School in Minnesota. Lee is eligible for this year's NHL entry draft. If indeed Lee is named to the team tomorrow, it may be at the expense of higher profile prospects such as Michigan State's A.J. Thelen, Kitchener Ranger Matt Lashoff and Jack Johnson of the U.S. national under-18 program.

Unfortunatly(I can't spell), if you listen to POI and the Michigan message board, it looks like the Gophers have a pretty good shot right now.

I will be at the Best Western by the Metrodome next Saturday for the UMD game. Does any body know if any place near there will show the game? If so, where?
