Aaron Kallhoff was the other finalist. Sac State hired him this year as the HC. They just went 6-25 after going 25-8 the year before. Not sure if there was a mass exodus but certainly not a good look.

Thanks for your concern. I don’t know anything about him. Other than when it’s brought up by the disgruntled crew about how good he is now or how Sather kicked him off the team for having a child to take care of. There is some real angst among these posters about Sather. Weird.

Good point. UND was better this year, yes. But, SDSU, NDSU and ORU were all worse. UMKC was better but flaked out in tourney. St Thomas was about same.

I have spoken to this many times lately but since several coaches have left word has gotten out about the differences. Leadership - Expectations - Accountability - were a few of the words that came up from my sources. I have called UND the country club and I do not back off of that still today. SDSU has extreme leadership and vision and they hold their coaches to that.
